My local branch is located in 29 Palms, CA and I've had to use their managerial staff for instruction and to resolve a few minor disputes with corporate. In all cases, their assistance has been highly professional and courteous. Used to belong to several big-box banks, but their lack of personal attention when problems arose became unacceptable. Not so with the personnel at my local branch. Their attention to my personal needs set them apart from any other financial institution with which I've been associated. Notice I gave them a 5 star rating. I would have given them a 6 star rating if available. Highly recommend doing business with Navy Federal, if you qualify.”
