This visit was very uncomfortable. Waited & waited & then they helped the person behind me because they were from a business. I made a verbal statement - stating that was very much 'not right' & I left. I will continue to do my in-house banking @ the Yucca Valley location.

The clerks are nice and helpful. The system never lets me deposit checks with iPhone camera. IT ASKS ME TO IDENTIFY MYSELF. ITELLS ME THE BANK IS HAVING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES. I ASKS ME FOR MY EMAIL AND NOTHING I DO SOLVES THIS VERY ANNOYING MOMENTS.
