I see the reviews but that was not at all my experience. I opened my account online but not very internet handy so I went in to the branch and as soon as I walked in the door was greeted. Was asked what I needed to do. I explained and the lady at the desk closest to the door helped me step by step even setting up my app and my online banking as I struggle to see fine print beings visual impaired. She was respectful of my privacy and patient as she helped me navigate on my phone so patient and helpful not at all rushed even read all agreements to me. I would recommend giving them a second chance or finding out for yourself if it’s a bank that fits your expectations and needs. Thank you for my pleasant experience looking forward to banking with US Bank

I must say that Bob, the Manager, has always been able to help me with special requests more than any other Bank. Having a local bank who answers the phone has really been a huge win for me.

Horrible bank, rudest bank employees I have ever encountered. ATM machine is always broken, but the staff will hassle you when you try to make a deposit. I would use a different bank if I could. Worst bank in 29 palms!

Katie is one of the most compassionate and intelligent tellers this bank has ever had.She always goes above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service and this is a highly valued quality that has all but faded into history. Katie's Customer service, detail, and overall performance is inspiring and restores my faith that there are still people who truly care about their job and the customers they serve.If I could give 6 stars I absolutely would.

I went in and we stood there for 15 minutes. The woman with the red hair said hi but just walked away and started talking with her colleagues about random stuff. Bob also was just talking to her and someone else and they didn’t even care that we were there. All of the reviews are right, this bank is absolute garbage. Then, once we finally did get helped, a man walked in behind us and the red head decided she wanted to help him but not us. This bank is pathetic

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. They need to get their bank teller Katie under control. I don’t know if she is miserable and hates her life or her job or what but it’s no excuse to take it out on the banks customers. She is so rude to me every single time I go there and I’m just wondering if she is aloud to treat all the customers like garbage or just me? She is so unhelpful and rude how she is even employed is beyond my comprehension.

This bank is a nightmare!! Their atm machine is bull$#!÷ it made my transaction but never dispensed my money! And they dont even care!! $780.00 right before Christmas !! This bank is the worst!!

I'll start off with, I really love US bank, and they have never done me wrong and always have taken care of everything needed. But this branch is ridiculous. 1. The manager has no respect for confidentiality when stating your balance. You would think with large balances (or any balances) they would lower their voice. But no, this guy might as well be screaming my bank balance to the entire area. 2. Whenever you call this branch (I've called MANY times) they will pick up, not say anything, it seems like they leave the phone on the table and then laugh and chat - it seems like they're not working and just goofing off. - when you hang up and try again. They put you on hold for 20 minutes, someone else picks up the phone, says they can't help you, puts the phone back on hold, and another person answers and says the same thing until you get upset and hang up. 3. It always seems very understaffed. For some reason, every time I go in to this branch, there are tellers standing at their stands waiting to help you out. But the second you're next in line, they all leave their station and OUT LOUD state that they are going home and then just leave!! I would never ever recommend this branch to anyone, which is a huge shame since I love US bank so much.

Service is super slow! One counter with 2 staffs were too busy talking to a customer about personal stuff, they seemed to know each other outside of work. Very unprofessional especially when there were like several people already waiting in line! I almost walked out but hey I have my money here so I get to say something about their horrible services! Overall service ZERO star!

I've never heard of bank saying you are depositing to much so you need to call the fraud department. They said since you are unable to walk in because of work hours don't use atm use digital app and that would be better. Well that has now exceeded limit. Direct deposit hasn't gone through yet. Amount of check isn't that big. Im beginning to think I shouldn't have recommended this bank.

This is the worst bank in the world as far as branch customer service. I can't even type it all. I was treated like a criminal via the card member services and then treated like I was crazy for over $10,000 being held hostage via their banking system. It's a pandemic. They also refused to allow me to speak to a manager and genuinely act like they hate your existence and treated me like I has no idea what I was talking about until realizing I was right and inciting other people to verbally attack me a woman! God bless do not BANK HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK. The tone to allow to white men to degrade me in a public space was beyond INDEFENSIBLE when I have been inconvenienced by the card member services for 4 days in a row on my 3rd temp card. Borderline RACISM Period. No one should tolerate being treated that way while trying to access their HARD EARNED MONEY DURING A PANDEMIC. No matter the race. Totally appalled and embarrassed.

The manager Bob should not be working with the public. I now understand the turnover of employees.I was treated very rudely by him and I was the only customer in the bank at the time. Consequently I transferred my funds to another bank.I would definitely never recommend this bank to anyone as long as Bob works there.
