California Balsamic strives to make one of the finest lines of custom infused Balsamic Vinegar of Modena in the country. Many of our flavors use fresh ingredients such as garlic, ginger, red onions, basil, cilantro, Persian Lime spice, serrano and habanero peppers. We have our own commercial kitchen and make everything in small batches of 5 gallons or less at a time to allow us to provide a truly hand-crafted specialty product. Everything we make is poured, capped and labeled by hand in our facility. Our company celebrated 35 years in business last month. We like to think that our products are an affordable luxury for the consumer that appreciates high quality.
