Super friendly super clean and if your a little short on change you go ahead bring back later next time and that was the first time I had even been in there. I have been to 1,000 of corner stores and have been treated with unnecessary rudeness and out right disrespect in some places but once again Ukiahs businesses just keep surprising me with friendly people and over all pretty well kept clean facilities for the most part! Keep it Mendocino County you got AWEsome people living&working in a feeling of togetherness!”

“Low prices, and my go to convenient store for beat boxes! (They carry literally all flavors and my favorite blue razz, give it try if you’re a fan of blue jolly ranchers!)”
“This is a nice grocery store. The employees are really nice.
They have a clearance shelf in the back corner of the store next to the magazines shelf and the pet food area. They even have refrigerated pet food.
They have both regular checkouts and self-checkouts.
They have shopping carts in two sizes: the long red ones and the non-long black ones.
They have a lottery ticket machine in the area with flowers and balloons in the front left corner of the store. In the other front corner of the store they have the deli area.”
“The best Al pastor I've had in California. Been visiting here off and on during road trips for twenty years. Great home made tortillas right in front of you. Always popular for decades for a reason!”

“I come here for lunch 1-2 times a week, a super quick healthy bite. Sushi rolls vary in price from $9-13 bucks. There are tons of vegetarian options if that’s your thing. There are also rice bowls which definitely hit the spot. There is a microwave in there so you can heat up whatever you need after purchasing. The soup is a must, especially in the winter time!”
“Man at the bakery helped fix my cake order for my sons birthday. Let me come back and arrange the way I I wanted it to look. Turned out good. Thank you sir. Haven't tasted the cake yet, but the cakes from Safeway are pretty good.”

“This Lucky's has consistently struggled to maintain a standard that makes shopping here ideal since dropping the name Albertsons almost two decades ago.
In the last month I stopped in to check their prices for Eggs, Dairy, and Meat (The essentials). I am blown away by the changes they have made. The quality and effort spent on their Meat Selection alone is enough for me to make them my first choice for groceries.
If they hire some more employees like Alan i'm certain this store would be a powerhouse in the Ukiah area.”
“I'm addicted to their salad bar now, but added some of my homemade gluten free croutons when I got home. The goddess dressing is so good! They have all the fixings and good protein options like turkey or chicken and hard boiled eggs. Aside from the salad bar it's a great health food store with tons of healthy options.”

“Great clean instore shopping. Pretty much anything you need at great prices. The lines can get a little long at times so be ready to wait for your turn. The parking lot can get to be a little much with venders coming up to the windows trying to sell you fruit but dismiss them if you like.”
“This is so convenient for being on the outskirts of town late night Munchie instead of having to go all the way into town so if you're at the laundromat doing your laundry it's right there or if last minute you taking a trip up to the lake it's right there on the way not for the north side convenient”
“This neighborhood market is small, independent, clean, and surprisingly well-stocked with necessary home items from staples to beverages. One night walking my miniature dog, I forgot that this market has a "no dog" requirement due to manager allergies, and attempted to enter it. He came out and took care of my dog by the front door while I shopped. This kind of kindness is rare and I will continue to patronize his shop.”

“We recently heard that The Forks Ranch Market has an excellent deli and meat department. We have been there for several Tri-Tip Steak sandwiches and for $10 you get a really good sandwich. Also bought their “Bacon and Beef Hamburger” for a meatloaf. Definitely our go to store.”
