So far so good. I've had good experience with my Internet and the technician has been great. He gave me extra care and information. saved me money on a phone case and 2 phone chargers. I'm very happy with my Internet. My phone, not so much. It's a good thing it takes good pics that I cannot mess up.

Went to Ukiah office 6/18/2024 to pay my bill. Arrived at 2:30 PM but the office was closed and a sign in the window stated Closed until 3:00PM. Came back at 3 PM and the sign was updated to 3:30 PM. We had perishable groceries so a kind lady in line offered to give your office worker my check for payment in full. As of today, 6/21/24, my payment does not register and it's impossible to get through to a Comcast representative via your 800#.

Very unhappy so far.. has been a month since I have started paying and still no service. Cannot get a technician. Call backs offered are not returned. When people are on line, they cannot find a technician. But, they want their money on time. I am looking for another option.

Wasn’t too pleased with this place. Our internet had given out a few weeks ago. Had a technician come out, and diagnose that our modem had given out. No problem, we’ll just buy a new one. Bought a new one off Amazon, and tried to hook it up with our old router. No luck. Called Comcast, and got their overseas call center (no trouble, I understood her fairly well). They said they couldn’t do anything because we didn’t purchase the modem through them. The girl did give me the number for NetGear Customer Support. Called them, and they said that they couldn’t do anything because our router was out of warranty, and we had to purchase an extension for them to even fix it. Couldn’t afford it at the time, so we ended up purchasing a router from Staples. Much easier and less hassle.The only reasons I’m giving them 4 stars is because the tech and the phone rep were nice and helpful. If it weren’t for them, I’d give a lower rating.It’s probably ridiculous that I’m posting this, and I’m probably going to get a bunch of people thinking it’s ridiculous that I should even be posting this, but moral of the story: If you do purchase a router/modem from an outside source and try to have Comcast install or even help you with it, don’t bother. You have to purchase directly from them before they’ll even help you. Lesson learned.

I love Xfinity as a service. I think they’re reliable and the speeds are the best in my area. However, moving addresses I’ve had to deal with the local “technicians” for the first time and I have to say that they are the absolute worst. They are awful at communication, and as of today I had one show up 2 hours early with no call letting me know. And the guy came up my stairs looked at my door, didn’t knock, and left. That’s pathetic. Someone was inside waiting and there was no attempt to even knock on the door. This is the 3rd time trying to deal with these “technicians” and it’s just god awful. I feel for the customer service representatives that have to answer the calls for the technicians lack of work ethic.

I have had the same experience with Comcast myself. I live in a rural coastal community. Comcast is basically the only service. My Internet as been going in and out for months. Two months ago I called customer service. They wanted to charge me for the tech person to come out to fix there faulty equipment. Turns out it was a faulty filter on my line. So now two months later it's doing it again. Don't want to call because of the inconvenience and the charge to fix there faulty equipment.equipment . So at this point I'm not sure what to do. I don't trust giving a stranger my card information to pay for a technician to come out to fix the faulty filter on my line again. O' when I called the customer service person David tried to get into my bank account . Using my payment information on my Xfinity account. Just thought I'd add that to this post. And the David is a customer service representative in New York . When they pull your account up all your info is there, your payment information. I took mine off my account. Just a heads up. And then a link is sent to talk about the problem , I don't trust links, paste it here. do this , do that. Fix your faulty equipment the first time and we wouldn't leave bad reviews . If I could leave a zero I would . 1 out ten. Zero !!!!

Ok I never write reviews but this has probably been the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I am honestly impressed at how incompetent Comcast and their employees have been. Let’s start from the beginning. We picked up our equipment on a Monday and were told it would take 5 minutes to install and have internet. We tried to install and could not connect to the internet. So we called customer service and after about an hour on hold were told the equipment was most likely defective so to return it. Went to return it. We were then told it was definitely because the “work order” had not been completed so go back and try again. Still no internet. Then we were told that someone would have to come out the next day between 8am-2pm so be home during those hours and our problem would definitely be resolved. So on Tuesday we waited home and no one showed. Called and they said actually they will come between 8am- 4pm, that they spoke to the technician on scene and they would definitely be there at 4. No one showed up at 4. Called customer service again and they said actually it was between 8-8pm. Again no show. One more time we called and they said actually it was between 8–10pm or possibly tomorrow, and in fact we don’t have to be home to be serviced. Glad we waited home all day to be told that! Wednesday-Went to our local Comcast store and reported to their manager and they said they were sorry and someone would definitely be there today but if not they would call us Thursday morning. No one shows Wednesday of course and no call Thursday. Thursday-No internet. It’s Friday today and guess what? No internet. 5 days without internet isn’t the biggest problem for me. Yes I had to do work meetings at Starbucks and the library but it’s the dishonesty and terrible communication that does it for me! Why are the employees telling us so confidently false information? Are they trained to lie?Just tell me it’s going to take 1 week if that’s how long it’s going to take! Like I said I’m just impressed at how terrible this company has been.

The people working in the office is actually really nice, the one star (I wish I could give you guys NONE) is for Comcast as a service provider, their sales agents and their inexistent customer service. After you sign the contract and pay they will literally disappear, never answer the phone OR EMAILS.They said we would get the internet service in two weeks, it ended up taking a whole month.Also we PAID for our business phone, after they said they would give it to us as for free. It supposed to be here in 3 business days, we still waiting after a week and a half.We still using their services because there’s not any other option in this area. You guys are the worst company that I ever dealt with

Liked xfinity but now owned by Comcast which is garbage they make things difficult and web accounts never work or loop ya to never get anything done
