Online says they are open sat from 10-3pm. None of their phone numbers work. Very disappointing not to mention their 3 times the rent income!

Might be good at managing single family properties, but really failing at multi-unit dwellings. At lease signing you have to agree to not use marijuana or cigarettes on the property.... But my neighbors do constantly, none of the rules are enforced. They ignore complaints about people parking in spots not assigned to them, never send tenants notices about anything that is going on. Tenants park in handicapped spots on the regular. The trash area is always left open and rummaged through by scavengers, and left worse off. The property is dirty, there are never gardeners, property floods when it rains. When they do come by to check on things, it's during business hours when everyone is at work and the property is quiet. I wish there was another option but they seem to have a monopoly on property management in the area. Try to find another option.

We just moved out of a property in Ukiah. We did not have pets, did not smoke, left the place in excellent condition and hired a professional cleaner upon move out. We just found out that Selzer took over half our security deposit with nearly $1000 of it being cleaning charges! I had seen other reviews of this happening but I didn’t think it would happen to us since we treated the property as our own. What goes around comes around and the housing market is about to plummet. That means these scammers out of a job. Karma. The place was professionally cleaned!

The application process with this company is a total scam! They advertise homes that are still occupied, with no expected availability date. They collect the $40 application fee per person and the market is so tight in Ukiah that there are sometimes as many as 50 applicants for one home. Imagine how much money they are collecting from all those people that had applied for the month or more they had advertised the home, but had to turn down. And they say your application is good for 6 months; well with one home popping up in this area about every month, you'd be lucky to actually get approved with all the competition! I really hope they find a more ehtical way of doing things. Unfortunately for the people in the area, there's only so many businesses to choose from. I can't wait for more growth of the area so we can weed out scammers like this.

Strung us along for over 2 weeks just to get more applications on the rental we applied for never called us with updates on our applications and basically told us they were going to go with other applicants even though we were the first to apply to the property that came available. Do not apply with them. Wasted $105 on application fees, they just want to scam you out of your money

Worst place ever. They never fix what they said they are gonna fix. When I moved out they over charged me almost everything and somes was stupid like doorknob and fire extinguisher (which these places didn't have one) and scenes I didnt have proof for some of it I had to pay.

Didn’t seem to really want to try to help us find a rental.

Patty McMillan did a great job helping us buy our first home. Our particular process included some challenges, but we felt that she always had our back. She was able to help us figure out what we were looking for, and guided us every step of the way.

If you can avoid renting from these people Do at all cost!!! I left my rental home immaculate inside and out! Steamed the floors in the bathrooms and kitchen, cleaned the molding around the entire interior of the house.. Who does that?? Me! have always left my rental cleaner than when I move in.... Well Seltzer took out of my deposit not only a cleaning fee,,, but also cleaning products... They also charged me for fixing a fan in the living room that had high ceilings.. I lived there a year! Isn't that normal wear and tear? When I addressed face to face the "girls" at the front desk who were always nice gave me a rote answer... I drive past the rental daily only to see dried up weeds and filth... Sooo Disappointed with this company... they are crooks!

Terrible for tenants. Took them a month minimum to respond to maintenance requsts.
