“The woman at the counter was helpful, even though I could not complete the task that brought to the shipping center. She politely explained to me the reason for this and let me stand in the office to see if I could clear up this matter over the phone with AT&T.”

“The gentleman working the front counter has given exemplary services! He even went over and above to repackage my delivery to ensure it did not get damage in transport. There is also a very nice lady who works the front as well, they make a good team. Getting people in and out quickly and efficiently! Makes my lunches a breeze when I have to take packages in!”

“This is a UPS trucking hub/ location, not a UPS store, but you can drop off your packages here. At first you may not see the door to the office You have to drive back a little ways and you'll see it. This location does not accept unboxed/unlabeled Amazon returns... In fact, as I understand it, there is technically nowhere in Ukiah that does... The two guys working the day I went in were very helpful, and knowledgeable regarding this issue. They had a good sense of humor (even though I was confused, because I was expecting a UPS store).”

“Staples sure saved my butt on this trip. My AC adapter to my laptop where I do a lot of my work on died on me right in the middle of working! Good thing the battery kicked in and kept me going for a little while. But I need to find a charger to charge the battery and keep working. I did a local search for computer supplies and office supplies and saw there's a Staples right near my hotel! I did a online search for a HP laptop AC adapter and they had one right there at the store! Wasn't super cheap, but you gotta do what ya gotta do. Went over there and found it no problem, paid with credit card and now I'm back in business! The adapter worked fine and I guess I'll just toss the old one. Super glad Staples was here to rescue me! Place are sure conveniently located in this town of Ukiah! ... at least to my hotel.”
