The meat is perfectly seasoned, well seasoned, and juicy. One quesadilla easily feeds two people. The ordering process is unique: you place an order at the checkout inside the market, then go to the wooden building next door to specify meats and condiments. You can also get a good view of the mountains while eating outside. It is a clean establishment with super friendly staff. They prepare Carne Asada and sides for large groups, offering meat cooked or marinated for you to cook. The market itself is pretty standard but has everything you could need. It is a lovely local business and well worth a trip.
