Voll Motel is a clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced family-run business. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable, featuring a mini fridge, TV, and desk, with extremely comfortable beds. The building is older but lovingly cared for and updated. The owner and staff are extremely nice, super polite, and friendly, with on-site management providing a constant presence. The location is quiet, peaceful, and centrally located within an easy walk to downtown Ukiah restaurants and other businesses. It is a no-frills, quiet place to stay, noted for having no sketchy people, riff raff, or drug addicts hanging around, which offers a sense of safety and tranquility. The motel does not seem to take reservations or use major hotel apps. Guests highly recommend skipping the chains to seek out its vacancy sign for a pleasant experience and great value.
Clean , comfortable, and very reasonably priced. The service is the same as you get at the Hilton, but the price is motel 6.

Quiet, clean, and centrally located. Some of the modestly priced motels had sketchy people hanging around, so I preferred their on-site management (family). Another bonus: in a small town, Ukiah Brewing Company is a short walk away and offers a diverse menu.

Really nice owners, great people doing a great thing here. The room was really nice and really clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, they kept me stocked on new towels even though I was only staying a couple days. Really pleasant experience in a nice quiet pocket of Ukiah! I will gladly stay here again next time... read full comment
