“I ended up not getting my floor from them bc it truly came down to the final look of the floor. I worked Brandon and he was truly awesome. He was knowledgeable and patient. He let me take samples bring them back and take them again. He was NOT pushy whatsoever and I sooooooo appreciated that. I 100% recommend you to go here. They had great pricing a large selection. “We recently needed to select tiles for a newly added bathroom. We talked to Habib who was very patient explaining to us about the tiles that we would need for both the shower pan and bathroom floor. He was great in advising us about the number of tiles we would need as well. He is great to work with and you can tell he has a lot of experience in this industry. The showroom is large and has tons of great selections- very modern and up to date on current home trends. Jimmy helped us pick out a beautiful Calacatta design (quartz) and Mina helped recommend a unique and tasteful white/beige subway tile, both for our kitchen counters and backsplash. Service is 5-stars and the prices are competitive. So glad to have met the lovely owners and looking forward to our kitchen renovation with them!”

He is extremely knowledge regarding all the flooring and will quickly pull out the best ones to match your needs; this saves tons of time from weeding through all the samples. He is always positive and patient and will answer all your questions and always responds quickly to calls and emails. I am particular and need to spend time exploring all the possibilities, so having a salesperson like John is a treasure. “Growing up, a lesson I learned is that my dad is always right. As a new homeowner one of the exciting upgrades is flooring. We needed some carpet and some hard wood flooring. As a lifelong renter, I had no idea what's good or what would work for my needs. Thankful for staff Kevin and Tae who helped me out. Turns out LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) was the best choice for me in terms of durability, waterproof, longevity and pricing. I own a dog and so while I wasn't worried so much about my personal level of activity, I knew that we didn't want scratches or any accidents to mess up the flooring. The options are endless and staff are professional and good communicators. We were given accurate timelines for if/when the items were in stock and the installation. Their installers came in shortly after ordering and got the job done in a very clean, efficient and excellent manner. So thank you Tae and thank you dad, we love our new flooring!”
