“It was a warm summer Sunday evening in Concord, CA. I was relaxing on my couch and beginning to doze off, when I noticed how eerily quiet it was.... Silence is usually the sound of my pet rabbit eating something he's not supposed to be eating. One look behind my couch confirmed my fear; there sat Clarence, chewing away at my husband's laptop charger. !!!NIBBLE!!!NIBBLE!!!NIBBLE!!! Come Monday morning I was online searching for a replacement cord. (I purchased one for $10 + $6 shipping on chargerbuy.com.) Today (Tuesday morning) here it is in my office with a return address from Hisgadget, Inc.! Super fast service and it looks like it's the same type of cord - hopefully it works!! Bad rabbit; good gadget business!”

“I am not sure about their appliance department as I have yet to purchase an appliance from Best Buy, but they have been my go-to for every electronics need. I have purchased all my laptops, headphones, and game consoles from this location and have never had a problem. I used Geek Squad once for my old laptop, but got the issue fixed within 2-3 business days as they had to work on it for a bit. Issue was fixed after that. Best Buy is just great!”

“One thing that really stands out about this store is how they box up the individual pizza slices as soon as the pizza is made instead of just sticking it under the heat lamp like the other stores do. The slices stay warm and fresh A LOT longer that way. Whereas at the other stores you get either a pizza that's not even ten minutes out of the oven or three or four slices that are dry enough that the tip starts curling up. Another huge bonus is not having to deal with imbeciles who try to pancake two slices in one box when you buy two, and dont understand enough English when you ask them to put a sheet of wax paper or a tissue in between to keep the slices from sticking together.”

I was close to giving up, but I'm was so happy I didn't. I was so thankful to Lisa the cashier and she was such a pleasure to talk to after my little mission.
