The mark of a great business is how they act when things don’t go well. This is where my SF Cable was great and why I’ll go out of my way to use them whenever I can.
They accidentally sent me cables with a C5 connector instead of C13, so just before lunch time on Friday I called the number on the invoice, hit the digit for returns, and was transferred to a person. She asked for my order and what the issue was, confirmed they had the right ones in stock, and asked for me to email a picture of the wrong cables. I sent the email and before the end of the day I had confirmation that the replacements were shipped.
No fuss. No stress. The issue got fixed and it got fixed quickly. Thank you very much, and I’m glad to have stumbled across your store!”
“I recently placed an order for a dim-to-warm flexible ribbon LED strip and power supply. It arrived faster than expected. The dimming is smooth and flicker-free, and when I followed up with a question about proper mounting for the power supply I had an answer right away and a solution in-hand shortly after. Great customer service. When we get to our next LED project this will be where we source the supplies!”
“Park your truck outside the facility and the check-in has a big sign “Will Call”. Nice employees and very fast loading/unloading. They can take your load even before the appointment date and time but make sure to call them beforehand.
To dock, you need to reverse all the way in the company and then dock.”
“Hard to know wheee to start. First of all Manny is professional, his work is exemplary in every possible way. Second, Sorry Manny got the late review! Forgive me. Manny goes way above the call of duty in every task he approaches and takes the time to explain what he's doing. He even came to our house the day he was leaving for vacation. Manny's extensive technical knowledge provided us with a great audio visual system and even fixed our network. Hire this man quick! Is all I can say. You'll be very happy.”

“I walked into this Cricket store wanting to get an Apple iPhone for my personal use. I have a work phone through Apple, which I LOVE!!! The nice lady(employee)who was standing near the door asked me what I was looking for? I immediately told her the phone I wanted!!! She was knowledgeable and went back got me my new Apple iPhone and picked out a very cute case with pop stand on the back, with temper guard for the screen!!! The second employee was there to assist me also very kindly!!! Both employees were kind, knowledgeable and even helped set up my new phone with my old phone!!! They really take customer service seriously!!! Go to them you won’t be disappointed!!!”

“I want to give this store a HUGE kudos for amazing communication and crowd control. I lined up for BTS light stick release this morning. The staff came out communicated very clearly on the instruction. It turned out Pokemon release happened on the same day. Employee told us to split 2 lines: BTS & Pokemon. The staff told us to follow them into the store in the line. There was another staff monitoring the merch section and only allowed one shopper at the time to grab the merch. There was no pushing or physically getting hurt. It was a positive and pleasant shopping experience. I was able to get what I want without fighting. Whoever came up with this game plan is genius. Thank you so much!”

“On 10/28/2023 I went to this Target on Whipple. I only needed to buy a few things and they seemed to be well stocked with the items I needed to purchase. There have been times when I have gone to this location and I have had to leave because they have run out of what I was planning on purchasing , but yesterday was not one of those times. I also like that they have that Ulta Section, where you can buy the higher end makeup and skincare products. I usually buy those items at Macys or Nordstrom and sometimes Sephora but there are times where I can't get to the mall. Malls do not stay open as late as Target so it can be very convenient when you're out of a specific staple skincare product you use but you're able to buy it at your nearest Target. Of course the buying experience for those makeup/ skincare products is not as nice as when you buy those products at Macys or Nordstrom, however Target can be convenient when you're in a pinch. I digressed talking about the higher end makeup, so getting back on track, Target is a great for your everyday household items. They have many nice things and they are cheaper than several places. Maybe not the cheapest, but compared to some stores they are more reasonable. In spite of this very real inflation, I not only focus prices, but in the aesthetics of the locations I shop and the experience.The service was good that day too. There was this lady with long silver hue hair, who I think is a supervisor always hustling to get the lines down. The several times I have gone this month I have seen her there and she does a good job at getting people through the registers by directing customers to different registers or having a cashier ring up customers that are waiting. Also the cashier that rang me up was very friendly, she actually started a conversation. Her name was Danny.”

Corii made us feel very welcome and then Ricardo took over and guided us through the entire process; his experience and attention to every little detail was admirable. “This is an updated post from my last one. Over the past couple of weeks I have been to the store and I can say that I'm astonished and relieved. I am now being treated with respect and courtesy. I don't mind going there now. I'd like to say this change, for me anyway, is largely due to Sarpanch. He is a great example of what respect and customer service should be.”
“We visited this store on Sunday afternoon to return a newly purchased iPhone 17 due to a glitch when transferring from another provider. Shmeek immediately examined the device, reviewed the documents, and efficiently completed the return and deactivation. He then smoothly reactivated our number on a spare phone and clearly explained that the program is tied to the lines rather than the account, which helped us better understand the process.
On top of that, Shmeek kindly shared useful information about the SyncUp Tracker. While we don’t need it right now, his explanation will definitely help us consider it in the future. He also took the time to calculate our estimated monthly billing charges, which made us feel confident and comfortable with what we have. Everything was resolved in less than 10 minutes!

“Overall, great store. Efficient staff, usually friendly. It's my corner store. However, I don't like the current manager, as I feel he's not honest. They had a sale on Monster energy drinks, and when I brought mine to the counter I didn't get the sale price. I pointed that out, and he said oh, it doesn't apply to the diet (sugar free) drinks. I said that doesn't make sense, and he said oh, it's corporate, corporate. Just tonight, I went to the store around 12:45 at night to buy liquor, and he said oh, we stop selling liquor at midnight. I said oh, is that a 7-Eleven thing? He said no, no it's this area, the whole area around here, this part of Hayward and Castro Valley, you have to go to another part of town or to San Leandro, blah blah. I said okay, I went right around the corner to Quik Stop (Castro Valley) and bought my liquor. Another time, I forgot to get my $10 cash back before I left and when I came back later they acted like they didn't know anything about it, but the lady who had checked me out said oh I'll give it to you out of my pocket and she gave me $10 right out of her pocket yeah, out of her pocket because that's where she put it when I didn't claim it. I don't trust these guys --it's the individuals, not the store as a whole. Jacob is a super cool guy ?”
“I came here to put my existing service on a unlocked phone I had purchased at Samsung. Stephany helped me and was very nice and patient with me as this was the first time I ever did this. She answered my questions with ease and didn't rush me or anything. She has great customer service and I hope the company sees that. With a small fee everything was done quickly.
