They honor store discounts and the app provides coupons. However, this particular location is pretty small and can run low or out of items. It is often short-staffed, making it hard to find help on the floor, with long lines at the register during peak seasons. Some customers feel the supplies are for general hobby use rather than professional grade. The parking lot area needs more lights. While service is usually helpful, there can be inconsistent experiences, including an employee closely following customers. Overall, it works for a pinch for crafting projects and inspiration, where you can easily spend an hour browsing many trinkets and beads.

Like any other Michaels the layout are similar. The store is very clean. Workers here nice and friendly. Love their Christmas display. Don't forget to use the Michaels app for coupons. The downside is that they need more lights at the parking lot area.

My go to Michaels location for sure Tons of parking Nice and clean location, items are easy to find Staff is nice and helpful
