“This review is long overdue, moved in February using VIP. Everyone I encountered and interacted with at VIP was a true professional. I spoke with Khalila first, who gathered some details about my move and set me up with an over the phone video survey with Jesse, the sales agent. She was also my move coordinator and checked in with me throughout the process, and even after the move. Her upbeat, super helpful and friendly personality really helped with one of the most stressful times of my life.Jesse, who did the survey of my home and provided me with my quote was very meticulous and very well informed about the specifics of what would be required. He took his time to make sure all expectations were understood. The quote was realistic and the time frames required for assembly/reassembly of certain equipment, number of movers and materials needed was clearly explained. He was easily reachable over the phone and via text and email for questions. The guys that came to do the actual dirty work - packing all of my belongings, loading them, transporting them and unpacking, were also great. I spent a lot of time chatting with the driver Carlos, who was also one of the packers. He had a friendly and engaging personality. The guys were very careful with everything and not a single thing arrived broken. By the way VIP, you do not pay these guys enough, pay them more!!It's also important to note that unlike a lot of other movers who are small operations (and also may not be bonded and insured), VIP has the trucks and manpower to be able to schedule several people for a job even with short lead times. I contacted them mid month for an end of the month local move; I needed everything done in one day (packing, loading, transporting, unpacking) and they were able to send 5 guys to make it happen.I did end up having to make a claim for some missing items which were inadvertently left behind in my previous residence. I worked with Mindy on the claim and she was absolutely great as well. All in all, VIP's customer service was exceptional, the move was well coordinated and I am glad I picked them.”

“I moved my 3 bedroom house from Clayton to Rancho Cordova with this company. From beginning to end I got top professional service. Jose answered my inquiring call for a quote. He said someone will call me back later that day to set a meeting. Then, I met Mat B. via zoom video to go over the stuff I wanted to move. We talked about the logistics and he answered all my questions. The day of the move, I got the pleasure to meet David, Gustavo and Gilberto and they were exceptional! These guys worked very hard. They were careful with my stuff, they wrapped my fragile things with blankets and asked questions when in doubt. They were very professional and worked as a team which made the move really fast! I have 2 dogs and we made it work because they are also dog friendly people. They are bilingual which added value to their job. I highly recommend them! $3800 flat rate for a distance a little over 100 miles. So worthy! Saved me all the stress!”

“Crown was subcontracted through United Van Lines for our move to Minnesota. The process was professional and thorough from start to finish, with a knowledgable and friendly crew. Nothing onsite was damaged and everything arrived intact. I know there's always a random factor when hiring a team of movers, and it can sometimes just depend on luck and who you get on that day. But Crown seemed to do everything they could as a company to deliver (no pun intended) A+ service.”

“Good Earth team is remarkable in staging of homes, moving and interior decoration: 3 in 1 service. Deepak completely transformed my home (which I was selling) and turned my storage/in law unit into a beautiful bedroom. Due to his deep insight and great sense of staging we got quite a few offers. Second is his help in moving. He helps his clients with moving seamlessly. He kept my original furniture in one of his storage till the time I sold my home, went into my new home and completed my set up. Immense flexibility, patience and easy to work with - kudos to the expert team of movers. They did an amazing job!!!! I wish I could give them 100 stars!!! Interior decoration: I was so happy with my home staging that I requested Deepak to do my new home interior as well. He did a great job, very good eye for details and again very flexible. He completely transformed my new house too. Thank you Deepak for the amazing job. One feedback I would say is that there is no furniture guarantee papers and with any defects or problems Deepak would be the person to go for. Overall, I would close my eyes and recommend Good Earth for staging, moving and interior decoration purposes for your home. They are just brilliant!!!”

“My husband and I worked with Wendy 10 years ago to move into our condo in SF. At the time, it was just the two of us and we were so impressed by how easy it was to work with Wendy and how swift and organized the movers were. We moved into our place in practically no time. My husband had said: I would do another move just to utilize them again! Fast forward 10 years and now we have two extra human beings. A few days ago, we moved from our condo to a home in SF and my husband and I were blown away again by how Wendy was so responsive scheduling our move and how efficient Ho and the team seamlessly packed and moved what felt like an endless number of items. At many points during the move, I became frustrated by how many things we accumulated over the years but Ho and his team were actually extremely kind, trying to even comfort me that it's normal that to end up with this many items without knowing it (all the while lifting our insanely heavy dining table and packing up a giant box of our winter coats!). The team was careful, never once scraping any walls and methodical, asking where items should go and even directing us to focus on certain areas so that they could finish as quickly as possible. You can't ask for a better team of movers or a better moving company to work with. Although I never ever want to move again, if we are ever forced to, we are totally going to go with Oasis Moving. Don't hesitate to reach out to them if you're about to do a move and don't know which company to call. Thank you Wendy, Ho and team! We really couldn't have done the move without you all!”

“My friend recommended Albion for my recent move. She moves quite a bit so I'm confident of her opinion of an A+ moving service. I'm glad I went with her recommendation. When I spoke to Joe, he gave me a quote for my move and was detailed about how their rates worked: load time / drive time / unload time. He even asked about estimated driving time. He gave me the best rate for my basic needs -- help moving my large furniture. My expectations were realistic as I planned to move smaller items on the days/weeks leading to our last day. When Joe & Gerry arrived we were not ready at all. We didn't have everything 100% packed in boxes and a clear, safe path for them to maneuver thru. We were moving out of an apartment complex where cars were in the way of their truck's path (from front door to parking lot). Thankfully, my neighbors were on their way out and had moved their cars for my movers. For my 2 bedroom apartment Joe estimated 2 hours for loading time. But because we were a hot mess it took them longer. It wasn't until the day Joe called to remind and confirm did I realize we were moving on a holiday but they were still able to move and help us anyway. By the time we reached 2+ hours of loading time it was nearly lunch time. We offered to buy Joe & Gerry lunch and asked if they wanted to take a break before they started unloading but they kindly declined. When Joe and Gerry arrived they were so kind and patient with us. They offered to break down our furniture and rebuild it when we got to unloading. But we refused the rebuild because in all honesty we didn't have a concrete plan of where we wanted our furniture. In the end, I ended up paying more than Joe estimated for a few valid reasons: 1. We didn't have everything packed, they had to work around our mess. Instead of 2hrs it took 2.5 hrs. Lesson learned here: have boxes nearly ready to go and all loose items out of their way. 2. It did not take 45-mins to get to the new home. It took 1-hour because of traffic. Overall, I had a very positive and delightful experience. Because it was a holiday, I gave both Joe & Gerry a generous tip. It was my bad for scheduling a holiday but they were gracious to do it.”
