“Victor, Tang and Zhu were amazing. After 2 other moving companies showed up and walked away, Golden Eagle showed up and did the job. It was hard work and a 9 hour day, and I never saw Tang Zhu sit down (except for the drive ) and they just kept moving. When the storage unit was too small, they just stacked things higher and made it work. Whenever there was a hiccup, victor answered his phone and responded to texts immediately. “If you are needing to rent a storage container while doing a remodel, I can't recommend Endeavour Storage enough!!!! We just went through an 6 month remodel. We had to move out our entire first floor. Like most people, I thought my best option was PODS. So I booked them. However, another family on our street was remodeling too. I saw an Endeavour Storage container on their driveway and called for a quote. PODS was going to charge me $319 a month for a 16 foot container. Endeavour-$95 a month for the exact same size!!!! Our Endeavour container just got picked up today after we decided to keep it for 2 extra months so we could do our garage. Over the course of the 8 months, we saved almost $1800!!!! Not to mention that the customer service was exceptional with Endeavour!!! After going over budget on the remodel ?, it was nice to save a lot of money on our storage container!!!!!!”
“I've had a spa in my home since I moved in 2018. We weren't able to get it fully functioning so we called Tri-Valley Spa Movers to haul away our spa. Jeff responded promptly and provided a quote for the removal. He was able to have the spa removed the next day in less than an hour. Great service and very punctual.”

If the packing had been even a little off, our furniture would have been ruined since the boxes ended up getting soaked after getting shipped to our house in India. “Pack Rat could have done better on the pick up -- it was not clear to us how much space was needed for the truck to fit in our driveway; it needs a lot of space, and few SF driveways are long and wide enough. Luckily, we found an open parking spot adjacent to a Muni bus stop. But we had only 20 minutes to find this solution, and otherwise they would not have delivered the pod that day. So: read carefully about what they need to park a pod and be sure you have precisely that lined up. Once we got the pod successfully, it was very smooth. The biggest positive in the experience was how fast our stuff got from our old home in San Francisco to our new house in western New York! We put an AirTag in the pod to track its progress and watched it cross the country from the warehouse in Benicia, CA, to the warehouse in Webster, NY, over the course of three days. Our stuff was picked up in our old house in San Francisco on a Monday morning, and 12 days later, it was dropped off in our driveway in upstate New York. Because we had an AirTag, we knew it had arrived to the destination warehouse and could schedule an earlier delivery date without additional fees. Overall, we were a little bit sketched out by the negative reviews of the company, but we had none of the bad experiences that we read about here and were overall very satisfied with the service delivered at a great price point. We did not have to contact customer support, so I can't speak to that.”

“I had my belongings brought to my home. Everyone I interacted with was gracious, and professional (Thank you Jeanne). Miguel and Robert were very fastidious and neat in bringing my things into the house and setting everything up.They too extra care to lay down rubber mats onto my hardwood floor to mitigate any damage! The two gentleman were fast and efficient, took great care when handling boxes marked FRAGILE.I would recommend this company for your moving needs!”
