These guys delivered a refrigerator to our town home today (2nd floor). They did a great job just getting the new one in and hauling away the old one through a couple of narrow passages. Installation on the new refrigerator was quick as well.

I ordered a mattress from Sam's Club. Since I have a Plus membership, I get "white Glove" delivery service. Well, my delivery was to be by RXO. I have had more trouble than this is worth. I have not received any sort of white glove service. I ordered my mattress on 2/6/24 and was sent a link to schedule my delivery, which I scheduled for 2/19/24. I received a CONFIRMATION that it would be delivered on 2/19/24 snd that i would be given a 4 hour delivery windiw tge day before. On 2/19/24 we gave our old mattress away to someone in need. Around 10am I still did not hear from the company so I called to get the 4 hour delivery window. I was told that I would get a call 30minutes before delivery by a very rude foreign person. Around 12:30pm I received an email that my delivery was CONFIRMED for 2/22/24. I did not get a 4 hour delivery window the day before so I chatted with them on 2/22/24 and was told the truck was full and I will not get my mattress today. And it will be rescheduled. Mean time I have no mattress to sleep on. You have to be home for the delivery . I am very fortunate to work from home but can't always leave my desk. I was told if I didn't answer the phone when they called when they're 30 minutes out the delivery would be rescheduled. This is not acceptable in any way.

I wish you could give negative stars. They give you the run around. They never deliver in time. How is this company still is business. I wish more companies would use UPS. They take more pride in the service they provide. I wish I could review Thomas Wright separately from this issue. Although I was unsatisfied with the run around I was initially getting. Once Thomas Wright was involved, everything was solved quickly. Thomas was very attentive of my situation, explained the issue, and gave me multiple solutions allowing me to choose whatever suited me best. In the future, I'd be willing to give RXO another chance thanks to Thomas.

Absolutely terrible. What is the point of scheduling a delivery time if you're not going to keep it? 4 times now they have claimed that they have attempted delivery when in fact they didn't even come. I waited at the end of my driveway this last time to ensure I would not miss them. I received a noticed while waiting for them that they "attempted" delivery. Ugh, this is so frustrating. The customer service reps are very nice and they all "GUARANTEE" that the next time it will absolutely come. It never does.

Rxo is the company Peloton uses for deliveries. The guys were quick, courteous and nice. They delivered the products on time and set it up great.

avoid this company if at all possible. ESO took two days off expecting delivery. A few hours before a rude lady called and said it will be tomorrow now. But she said she would try and get it today after that no one to contact and now they're saying a week away. It's Super Bowl weekend and I bought a TV obviously with more than enough time for delivery, I will try and go to the facility and pick something I've paid for up. I will take it to my house and file a return and make them come and get it. I will go to a store and buy the TV Every email phone call is someone from the Philippines telling me , exactly what the little computer in front of them says. It's exactly what my computer says about possible delivery dates there is no one to make a phone call and have anything resolved. if I could give them zero stars I would.

These guys work hard, granted two special requests, and were worthy of the tips I gave them. It was a clean installation with no problems. I took one star off because they didn't leave a message when they called with their 30-minute E.T.A. That would have been helpful. Otherwise -- No Complaints :-)

Worst delivery service I have experienced. Delivery of my oven was scheduled 3 days ago. I called the day before the delivery date to confirm delivery of my order, but the rep said the delivery schedule was not set yet. Rep said they will have warehouse call me 30 mins prior to delivery. Waited an entire day and no delivery. Rep said no one was home when driver arrived. That was a total lie. I was home the entire day and my security cameras showed no appliance delivery truck for the entire day. RXO's out sourced answering service attempted to call the senior manager of the Union City warehouse 3 separate times without any success. At this point, I just know my order is "pending to be rescanned." That means absolutely nothing to me as my oven is still not delivered. RXO's business owner is well aware of the problems of his business as he replies to some of these reviews, but appears he has done nothing about it as the problems still persist. RXO may be the lowest rated business on Yelp. I will let LG know of my dissatisfaction of RXO's service.

I am 65 years old and have run into my share of poorly run, inept companies over the years. But RXO leads the pack in being the most incompetent, dysfunctional, indifferent and poorly managed companies I have ever dealt with. But at the same time, I have to say I find the company very intriguing. in that I just cant understand how they stay in business. I also din't understand is why any retailer would retain these clowns to provide last mile delivery service. They pretend to be a logistics company but, logistics is their biggest weakness. I purchased a microwave direct from LG, which very foolishly contracts with RXO for so called "last mile" delivery services in my area. So far, RXO has canceled their delivery to me three times without providing me any prior notice either prior to or on the date of delivery. After taking a half day of work in order to be at home to accept the delivery, I did not learn about the cancellation until I called their customer service at the expiration of the 4 hour delivery window. In fact, in all three cases, I received several confirmations the night before and the day of the scheduled delivery, that the delivery would occur, but they never showed up. But rather than trying to complete the delivery the next day as would any reputable delivery service endeavor to do, RXO takes a different approach. If RXO misses your delivery, instead of making your delivery a priority, they do the opposite. Your delivery goes back to end if the delivery que. In my case, the que was 7 to 9 days long. Multiply that by three missed deliveries and the total delivery time frame went from just a couple days as LG promised, to almost a month. Customer service at RXO is often difficult to reach, sometimes having to wait in the que for 30+ minutes to speak with a representative which can only reschedule the delivery for some other date that they wont show up for. This was not just an inconvenience for me, but was a financial burden as well Each time they scheduled a delivery, I would have to take time off work to be there to accept delivery, and if I dont work, I don't get paid. I therefore would call customer service the night before and the of day of scheduled delivery to confirm the delivery would occur. Having received such confirmations, I'd take time off work. But it wasn't until a few hours after each scheduled delivery time did I learn the delivery wasn't going to happen. So I missed work so I could sit around my house all day waiting for a delivery that wasn't going to happen. I thought I got a good deal on the cost of the microwave, but the purchase price was only a small part of the actual cost of the oven, it cost me three days pay. RXO? HA!....they couldn't care less. I called LG several times and they tried to put pressure on RXO to complete the delivery, but they had about as much influence over these clowns as I did. Finally, after the third failed delivery attempt, I said enough is enough and I cancelled the order. LG told me I wouldnt get a refund until such time the microwave was returned to their warehouse. So I'd have to rely on RXO to deliver the oven back to LG. That was just adding insult to injury. Afterall, RXO was LG's contract agent. Why should I have to take the risk. I suffered enough. After a rather pointed discussion with an LG manager, they agreed to go head and process the refund. Going forward, whenever I purchase something of value online, I check to make sure RXO is not part of the delivery chain. I take solace in believing that someday, gravity will take effect and RXO and the company will find itself beneath a patch of clover. Oh what a joyous day that will be!! My only advice to RXO is that when they see clover all around them...go to the light...just go to the light ...and good riddance.

The team of three arrived on time per their email, text and phone updates. They wore shoe protectors, unpacked the bed frame, set it up, centered it, and placed the new mattress. They hauled away the old bed. Accomplished all quickly and efficiently in about 30 minutes.

terrible attitude and customer service from ryan hatson from the first time we spoke the tone of voice and responses from this man were rude he even hung up the phone on me for no reason. what is your problem man, are you this unhappy at your job????

Finally after few escalations and rescheduling RXO team got my deliveries and install taken care of. I thank the RXO team for getting this done. Hopefully in future we can aim for a streamlined and smooth process. All is well that ends well.

We got our dryer installed by Rxo. Overall, I would rate the quality as excellent. The technicians arrived on time and had the needed experience to complete the dryer installation. The dryer was installed quickly and they ensured that they did not leave any mess.

Unfortunately, RXO lived up to its poor reputation, as referenced repeatedly on the Peloton member page. I was optimistic and hoping for a positive experience , but to no avail. My tread was scheduled to be delivered last Friday; they cancelled the day before. I was rescheduled for today, 1/19. The driver called 30 minutes before "delivery" and informed me that he only had a two person crew and could not move the treadmill upstairs. (After my cancellation last week , I chatted with an agent and we covered the fact that I have a flight of stairs...). Now I have three huge boxes in my garage and no new "delivery"/assembly date scheduled. The agent on chat was unhelpful and I have not received a call to reschedule as promised. I have, however, received two gleeful emails excitedly congratulating me on the successful delivery of my Peloton tread! I'm feeling extremely frustrated. My husband and I have now had to rearrange our work schedules twice, and we have an unassembled treadmill sitting in our garage.
