He will answer any question you have, and will assist you with expert tailored recommendations based on personal taste and experience level. He walked me through each strength level of his cigars, some background knowledge of them and helped me make informed and confident decisions on what I wanted. The man can talk paint of a wall, and will regale you with stories about cigar manufacturers, movies, baseball, and just about anything you could want to have a fun conversation about. Yes, you may be able to purchase cigars for less online, but coming here is a full experience well worth the time and money. most of my stuff usually comes from Costco during regular grocery runs. But I’ve always known TWM has way better selection. Walking in, honestly, the sheer variety kind of overwhelmed me at first. That said, the aisles were laid out really well, so once I got my bearings it was easy to browse around by type.
That’s about when Justin, the floor/wine manager, came over and asked if I needed a hand. He ended up walking me through a bunch of different spirits, taking the time to actually explain things rather than just pointing at bottles. What I appreciated most was that he wasn’t pushy at all - no upselling, just genuinely helpful recommendations. That’s honestly what got me to trust his suggestions, and I walked out with more than I planned on buying. Zero regrets, though.”

The owner is very knowledgeable and has helped me to select the best option for myself many times. Also, the selection is extensive and the prices are lower than most shops. Also, there is a jewelry stand run by his father who also does jewelry repair. I had him size my wedding rings and his craftsmanship exceeds what I've seen in most big jewelry stores. I highly recommend this store.”
