We switched over to Xfinity mobile from another carrier today. We appreciated the great service we received from Ndiah. She was very thorough and we had a few hiccups from the old carrier and she handled it all in a very calm and professional manner. We are happy we are changing carriers as we are saving money and have a more trusted partner in Xfinity now.

I would highly recommend xfinity I had an issue and called customer service and the lady who I spoke to was so nice and helpful it was quick and painless. She was very knowledgeable about the issue I had and understood that being older and these fangled phones can drive you crazy. Thanks xfinity for having someone so nice.

My Mom, who is 84 years old, was current on her XFINITY/COMCAST bills (for a home line/cable and wifi packages) until she was hospitalized after a bad fall in Nov of 2022. She was living alone at the time. While being in the hospital with brain swelling and unable to walk, much less speak, the monthly charges kept accruing. My Mom was in a hospital bed and was unable to make payments as she used to do her bills by hand and she was not set up to make online/automated payments. Upon me coming up here to visit and take care of her assets while she was incapacitated, I made this bill a priority. I called XFINITY/COMCAST's toll fre numbers and was connected to online supervisors who did nothing to try and help me with this situation. I was then pushed aside to deal with a collection agency whom had taken over the case. That agency, CREDIT COLLECTION SERVICES at 817-581-1111 (725 Canton Street, Norwood, MA 02062) harrassed my mom with calls pretending to be doctors to get her directly on the phone - causing my bedridden mom anxiety and high levels of stress which further prevented her recovery. ***Side Note: I will be pursuing legal action against them shortly as I have documentation and recorded calls*** HANDS DOWN the WORST phone customer service ever! And I want this known to all!!! At this point,I was extremely agitated and decided to physically go into the XFINITY offices, return the cable equipment, connections and routers to bring down the balance. I was fully expecting a confrontation. Erwin, the employee whom I originally met with, was VERY COOL and took the equipment from me, scanned in the barcodes and quickly got some of the fees taken care of. But there was still a balance of $985.00. Erwin spent the time to tell me to get Power of Attorney and to bring the noted documentation in and he can help. Fast forward to a few months later. I went through a lawyer to get my Mom's estate and legan matters taken care of - including a power of attorney. I brought our ID's and paperwork, including the collection bills. While Edwin has since left, I met with employee JASON NARAYAN. Jason took the time to really listen to me as I told him about my Mom's situation and also what Edwin had told me to bring into the office. Jason took all of the paperwork and ID's, scanned everything in and even typed up a HUGE ticket report - sending it to Comcast execs via email. 2 DAYS LATER, THE SITUATION WAS RESOLVED WITH A ZERO BALANCE. And now my ailing momcan rest easily and focus on feeling better. I cannot express my happiness any more with Jason at Comcast/Xfinity in Union City. He made a nightmarish situation that was escalating turn into a wonderful customer service experience with a happy resolution! THANK YOU GOOD SIR!!! -Neil

This place has some poor reviews doesn't it? I had a pleasant experience. I came here to return a cable box and pick up an updated modem. I came here on a Saturday around 11am. They have a pretty big parking lot so that won't be an issue for anyone wondering. I was greeted right away and informed I was number 2 in line. I waited maybe 5 minutes before I was helped. Germaine Sanders was friendly, informative, and professional. I got everything I needed completed within 20/25 minutes because I had some meniscal questions. A+ service. Pro, Comcast has a new modem to allow me to recover faster speeds. Con, I have to come back and return the other modem. Value? Well, there is a reason we cut the cable cord. It was just too expensive. 226 a month ! Plus, we don't even watch that much TV.

Do not do returns at this store, you will be waiting 30 minutes for a 10 second interaction. You are better off UPS’ing at Xfinity’s cost.

Extremely bad customer service. The way I was asked to check in as a customer was rude. Then when an associate helped me was extremely rude. I am not sure if Comcast spend any time training these employee. Finally when I requested to talk to a manager, he was extremely polished and polite. I pay this company for various services but treated so unprofessionally is very disappointing. Working on moving out of Xfinity.

Xfinity support is absolutely useless. Nobody was able to provide me the unlocking code for my phone. I assume the Xfinity forces to complicate this process as much as possible so you would give up and stay in their network forever.

I went in intending to ask questions about internet service. Walked around tried to make eye contact with anyone. Store had 3 customers. Totally ignored. As I was leaving another group walked in and immediately they were greeted in Spanish. Alrighty then I get it.

Have xfinity service for two years with unlimited plan. After the promotion offer expires, the price went up and am being charge for (you've used 100% of your xfinity internet data) So, I call Xfinity customer service and check why am being charge for having unlimited data for my internet use. Customer service told me that my equipment is no longer available for the unlimited data. So I ask them what they can do for me, they told me that they can terminated the account that I have now and give me a new account that provide provide unlimited data for internet used. which mean that I have to return the old and get a new equipent from xfinity. Before terminated my account I ask Xfinity that am I going to get charge for terminated my account, they told me I will not be charge for the termination.Now six week later, I recieved a bill for $110.00 for having my account terminated. Call customer service up again and find out why. They told me they have no record stating that I will not be charge for the termination.

Major was amazing! He was so patient with us and helped us beyond expectations! He helped us with all that we needed assistance with. We returned some tv boxes and switched carriers. And I was able to walk out with a much needed new iPhone Great guy! Thanks for all your help today, Major!

With xfinity, is not possible to have an iPhone for yourself and have an Apple Watch for your kid with a unique number. This makes the kids Apple Watch obsolete unless you want to buy them a phone to go with the watch. The salesman acted surprised that anyone would want to have an Apple Watch for their kid and told me that Xfinity's customers don't ever need that. I didn't like the policy or the attitude so I am not going to be an xfinity customer. I recently improved the rating from 1 to 3 because I realized the manager was polite, respectful and honest when I spoke with him before I left the store. The technology did not allow them to set up a separate number for the apple watch. that is something valuable, but if you can't do it, all you ask is an honest, respectful answer
