“I love this place. They have a wall trying to keep up with the latest comic books that I can appreciate. Not sure how to explain but if I wanted the 10 latests comics of a series, probably couldn't get it but they still have the latest comics. Apologies if I didn't explain that well. There's a ton of collectibles so if you're looking for a gift or anything to decorate your house, solid options here. Shirts are a lil too nerdy for me but they seem to have been made of solid material. Customer service is great. They've always been helpful while I've been here. Not sure about the prices but it's like the toys r us for comic book shops”

“Great time at the Funko Shop. We inadvertently saw this place on our way to the Hollywood walk of fame and ended up parking across the street. Metered street parking available along Hollywood Blvd. and side streets. The store is organized into different collections: Marvel, Disney, Horror, Harry Potter, DC, Gaming, Sports, etc...lots to see. I love the large human-sized displays they have around the store. Tons of photo ops with your favorite characters. As expected, lots of Funko Pop figures and merch for purchase. There is also an area where you can create your OWN custom POP Figure ($30). All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Although I would consider this an absolute must for any Funko fan, most others will find something (or character) they can appreciate in the store.”

“the whole staff is freaking amazing! so kind and they put me on a few series! a phenomenal selection of comics and graphic novels. they don’t carry anything that dates before the store opened (2020 or 2021?). with that said, they have A LOT of boxes of content from the last few years.ps they have 3 walls of great pinball machines, my favorite is the medieval madness!”

“Just left. Bought some IC-2000 and kicker. I wanted to say "thank you" to whoever it was that anwered my questions about Mr. Surfacer products. The bearded gentleman at the computer. He has consistantly had helpful advice without being one of those "You're doing wrong" kind of guys. He's much more of the "You might try this" types. Offering up resourceful suggestions. He obviously knows the products and recommends complimentary goods that will work toghether. It was my 2 or 3rd time asking questions. BHOH has good staff. “The wife and I were debating between a couple of different strollers at this shop. The sales associates were very informative and not pushy. They were excited to show us the different features and answered all our questions. When we aired some concerns regarding which would be best for us, they helped us weigh the pros and cons and we went with the one we felt was best for our situation. It's a small shop but there's a lot inside to explore and the owners were very informative.”

“I wandered into this (mostly) vacant mall not expecting to find anything at all, but was very pleasantly surprised to discover the sole shining light at the very back: THE best gunpla model kit store I've ever seen in LA! Their selection is really impressive. On our visit we found several non-gunpla kits and figures that we'd never seen before, which is saying something. We've been to every store on the nearby Little Tokyo strip several times over and often find the same tired inventory shared between most of them. This place was such a breath of fresh air. Plus, not only are the prices extremely fair, but they actually have sale items!! Several Mobile Suit Gundam kits from the latest The Witch From Mercury line were going for 15-20% off, something I've never seen at Anime Jungle or anywhere else in LT. I got the HG Demi Barding for $20, an amazing deal. Highly recommend this hidden gem for all your gunpla needs. Can't wait to go back!”

They have a lot, and if they don't have what you need then they will order it for you and call you when it arrives. They even told me about a cool spot for driving rc cars that I think they made. “We brought our kids here to celebrate their birthday by letting them pick out what they wanted. It was such a special experience!! I loved how everything was easy to see and my kids didn't make a mess by trying to pick everything up to "discover" and if they looked at something it was easy to put back. I don't know why I liked that!! There are toys for all budgets just look around! The girl working was so nice and helpful and really likes working there so that was also nice because I was asking her about their inventory! Thanks for the awesome toys!”

I've been to one other official Lego store and the stores in two different Legoland and never found anyone as helpful and knowledgeable about their store. The store pick a bric is better stocked then the Legoland in Carlsbad. The store looks pretty well stocked. This is definitely my favorite Lego store.”

“Mega City One is amazing!! It may not look like much from the outside, but if you love comic books like me, it has mostly EVERYTHING you are looking for to meet your regular comic book fixes!! I've been going to this store for years and they rarely let me down. The owner and JON who's runs the store are incredible and have a wealth full of knowledge. Beyond that, they will go to the extra mile to make sure that your comic book needs are fullfied and you and your needs are fully taken care of. Also, Mega City One far exceeds their closest competition, that "Rotten Apple" place down the street! Forever, for me, Comic Books have always stood for "Truth, Justice and the American Way!" When I visit Mega City One, I feel like I'm stepping into the Daily Planet where hidden greatness can be found. They are so much better than President's Lex Luther's villains lair down the street. Can't recommend Mega City One's excellent customer service enough! They will take care of you and you will NOT ever be disappointed!!”

“I have ordered a few toys from ebay from this store. My kiddo loves the mario kart hotwheels and collecting them. It's hard to find some of the specific ones, this store seems to have those like Rosalina, different colored yoshi etc. One time they shipped it within an hour of placing the order and we received it next day as we live a bit close by. Within 24 hours! Absolutely loved it. Very efficient store!”
