“Today went into this Chaffey C.U. This is my first time coming into this Chaffey. I used to go to the one on Azusa. Tricia, the teller assisted me today. Tricia was courteous, nice and very thoughtful. I conducted my transaction. She even wished me a happy belated birthday and asked what did I do. We had a very nice talk. After completing my transaction, she even reminded me not to forget my cane.They even have coin machine. If you have alot of coins, check them out.I would recommend this Chaffey Credit Union. Thank you Tricia for making my 1st visit very pleasant!”

“We had an appointment with the auto loan person at this branch. Everyone there was nice and took care of us. This is the second time we have used ACU for an auto loan and it was a simple process. We had some issues with the dealership and they helped us sort everything out that day. They issued us out a check and gave it to the dealership.”

“Member Service Representative, Cece at the Ontario, CA branch definitely earned her five-stars. We visited on Halloween Tuesday, 2023. The office was decorated, as well many employees were in festive costumes. We had what turned out to be somewhat confusing and rather tricky documents that needed to be notarized. Our transaction wasn't initially smooth sailing. We indeed had fits and starts. With Cece's calm and professional demeanor from start to finish, we understood our documents to an even greater extent, signed, dated and had our signatures notarized. The Ontario, CA branch is not our home office. Many kudos to Cece and her manager for their diligence and insistence upon fully understanding our documents before proceeding with the notarization duties. “I've been with FFCU since 1997 and have ALWAYS received the best service plus no monthly account fees. I have purchased 2 cars through their loan dept with interest rates that could not be beat. Best is the online app--extremely easy to use and always accessible--love being able to deposit checks online--with my phone. My Iphone has face recognition, so unless I'm wearing my mask, I can easily check my account balances, transfer funds, etc. Can't understand the other reviewers that say their money is not accessible Mine always is.”

Lately I have been shopping around for auto financing. I spoke with Justin here at the Montclair branch. He was incredibly competent, professional, and straightforward while also being friendly. “So, et me first start off by saying my interaction with CHP Credit Union made me sign up for YELP just so I could give a shout out to JACK! I wish I had his last name, but I am sure they ill know who he is. My grandpa was in Law Enforcement for 40 years. I had to assist with getting my grandpa's account set up with an online profile. Jack was very patient and professional during the whole process. He ran into some technical difficulties and was able to ask if he could call us back. 30 Min and BAM! Phone call came in. He accomplished the task at hand and I couldn't have been more pleased. This man deserves a raise! Great job Jack the world needs more of you!”
