I have been a Firestone customer since 1998. I only go to Firestone. Great service, fair prices, lifetime warranty on some parts and nationwide service makes Firestone better than going to the dealership or cheap mom and pop shops.

This shop is awesome, I came here to have my wife's SUV tire fixed & repaired. I arrived around 3:45PM, on a Sunday before their closing time, which was 5PM. When I got inside the reception area, a gentleman asked me if I need anything. I didn't know at first that he was the Service Manager, Steve Ramos. I told him my problem. He said at first that they were packed & really full, & that he doubted if my concern could be addressed. He said to just come back early tomorrow, but I said I can't as my wife needs the SUV for work to DTLA the next day, which was a Monday, July 1. Again, Steve didn't promised anything. I said I don't mind waiting until even past 5PM. After about 30 minutes of waiting, I saw the SUV was inside the work area already. Around 4:55PM, the SUV tire was fixed & repaired already. That's when I thanked Steve for helping & accommodating me, even if he didn't promise to do it. Great job, Mr Steve Ramos. Will definitely be back for more jobs, if ever...
I personally recommend this shop & location, especially even on Sundays (I think they're the only one open on Sunday, in this area). Always ask & look for Steve Ramos, a very friendly, helpful, & professional, Service Manager!

I called for an appointment, when I get to the store, the representative said there was no appt showing under my name or phone number. He said I would do a walk in, they only have one car for oil change in front of me, I am the next one. Shouldn’t be long, so I said ok. But it turns out it took the technician over 1 hour for this one oil change in front of me. I waited for almost 2 hours before I got my car. So 2 hours for 2 oil change? I don’t get it why it is so slow. From what I can see, people are not working, they are just hanging out! This is ridiculous!

On first visit. None of the issues were fixed. Second visit had to leave car for two days. Just got it back and found my calibers with loose bolts. Could here rattling when driving. Don't waste your money there.

Service members were friendly. Only complaint was the time it took. Had an appointment but they did not start on my car until an hour afterwards. But once they started, it didn't take very long to get the inspection and alignment done.

The Firestone staff are great. Julian listened to my concerns, Dino the technician helped me understand anything I asked, and the manager was very personable and kind. Always love Firestone.
