Great products with customer service that can't be beat. I emailed them on Friday about a 15 year old vang component that failed. They shipped a replacement at no cost and no questions asked except "What's your address?". New part in hand Monday.

I love Garhauer! I bent the lower portion of our 12 year old motor davit in a dock accident. Garhauer quickly replaced the bent part and the piece that holds it to the back rail. Oops. They sent the version for a smaller rail. No worries, once alerted, they sent the right size immediately! You are the best!

I hired them to make new chainplates for my sailboat. I sent them my old ones to replicate. They did a fantastic job and got them to me in a timely manner, and were cheaper than local machine shops.
