“Nice place. Inventory great. Only downfall is that the place is not open on the weekend. Would be nice if at least it was open on Saturday (close on Wed or Thur, if you want to offset this day). There are plenty of people who do side-jobs on the weekend, and the ability for us to go to this store, at least on Saturday, would be great. It would seem this small business is overlooking a potential for additional sales/profit, that is not being taken advantage of.”

“We had a wonderful experience working with Jennifer Smith, Professional Color Advisor at Dunn-Edwards! Jennifer helped us select the exterior colors for our home, and we absolutely love the results. The Whisper Grey was the perfect choice — even my husband loves it! 😊 Jennifer was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand the look we wanted. Her expertise with color made the process so much easier, and her recommendations were right on point. Excellent customer service and a great experience from start to finish. Jennifer is definitely an asset to the Dunn-Edwards team. Highly recommend her!”

“RELIANCE NUT & BOLT pricing was the best after reviewing multiple sites (5+ checked out). Their phone response was excellent, returned a call within the half hour after leaving my message. Selection and inventory availability was great, everything I needed was on their shelves. Delivery and customer service was spot on, I had my hardware delivered and in hand within hours of my initial call. I’m going to RELIANCE NUT & BOLT from here on out. Thank you Valerie for fulfilling the order and keeping me on schedule with my project! ????- Art D”

“Very helpful. Paul is really good at his craft. He knows the products and the repairs are excellent. Customer service is good. They do get busy and it’s his son and Paul that take care of everything. I went in looking to purchase tires for my worldlawn and they went the extra mile to make sure I got what was needed and correct. They don’t try to upsell they just make sure you get what is right for you”

“I was here a few days ago & was very impressed! I was helped by Nick, Deon & Liz at the service desk. Normally I just keep to myself and try to quickly shop but Nick was kind enough to ask me if I needed help and I really did need help at the time. Nick helped me with everything I needed assistance with and was on my way. Deon has rung me up a few times since I've been at the store and I really want to show my gratitude towards Deon because he was the very first people I would ask any questions i had at the time. Its always great seeing Deon at the checkout lanes. I had additional questions I needed answers at the service desk and Liz was so kind and took her time to assist me. I feel like this store in general has so many kind faces and helpers that I go out of my way to come here vs the store that is close to home. Thank you so much for all your help!”

“I'm updating my old review. I've had several employees help me over the last couple of years and they have all been very helpful and nice. This is a small but busy store and the guy in the electrical department is great! I think he does plumbing too. He's always smiling and willing to help.”

“On Friday Dec. 1st I stopped to look for and buy lithium batteries. Could not find AA lithium on the kiosk so I asked a male cashier who was standing around outside of his work station and his replay to me was "if you don't see it we don't have it" and walked away! I was totally caught off guard by his rudeness, as I was leaving and passing the work station next to his station, Cashier Olay asked if I found every thing ok and i explained my situation which she said " yes we have them " and took me to the kiosk grabbed the lithium batteries and apologized for her coworkers rudeness !!!! Now that's what I call 5 Star Service form a great Home Depot employee. Thank You Cashier Olay Don R.”
