I was quoted $300 over the phone when setting up an appointment. I've been billed almost $1200 after insurance. My bill is dated 4-8-2023 and I'm already getting harassing phone calls and text messages about paying my bill and it's only 20 days after the bill was first issued.

Normay the best in service but really disappointed in process today. In lab at 8:30am today for pre procedure and labs. To be told they don't swab for covid which is required prior to surgery. Sent to Milliken, get here and I have been here for almost 1.5 hours ...signed in to be told I was in the wrong area. Went to Urgent care area and no one in line, no wait and had to wait 1 hour. Finally asked why the wait and they said they were looking for my order which was in my hand and in computer which on different network from main hospital The morning. Smh ...is my time not valuable, this is how I spent my off day.

A surprisingly pleasant experience! I’ve never felt motivated to write a review for a medical lab, but this place is different. The building is modern and extremely well kept. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. The wait time wasn’t bad at all, considering they are “walk in” only. Places like Quest might be more convenient with online scheduling and multiple locations, but I’ll be coming back here in the future.

Every time I have come here I have had a positive experience. Staff is very friendly and professional. Blood draw is painless and fast! Our 2 yr old also had blood drawn and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be (it was her 1st time) once it was over they gave her cute stickers and she choose her bandage color and she was happy again. I rather come here over ANY lab!

My overall experience was awesome, the staff was very caring, the facility is always clean! What else would you want? They provide ice water while you wait which is usually about a 5-6 minutes and I wouldn't go anywhere else because every single time I've been there, it has been a pleasant experience

From the moment you walk into the imaging center the office staff make you feel right at home! Susanna did my mammogram at 1145AM & by the 3PM that same day; results were to my doctor and I received a follow call from Susanna to schedule the next procedure!! Fast and rapid!!! Major Kudos and Thank you's to Susanne, Carol, and Dr. Eaton! The worst is the waiting, but as fast as everyone works at the Woman's Center I'm sure I will NOT have to stress that long!!! I felt very well cared for and extremely at ease. The worst is waiting for my next results. Keep up the excellent service! :-)

I recently turned 40 and had my very first mammogram here. The experience was amazing. I'd heard many mammogram horror stories from friends and was feeling a bit apprehensive about it. The woman (I can't remember her name, maybe Monica?) who performed my procedure was awesome. Gentle and patient and explained everything to me, including showing me how the imaging works after. I highly recommend going here for a mammogram when the times comes.

My wife has breast cancer. The people from the breast imaging center have been amazing. Livia has been incredibly patient with us as we struggled with our fears and lack of knowledge and asked her question after question. She showed so much patience and compassion helping my wife pick out a wig before her chemo started. Lisa at the front desk was awesome. Thank you all for your thoughtful care

Thank you! I usually go to this lab. My doctor gave me a slip to another lab. I went there and what a joke. Long wait rude receptionist. I immediately went to my doctor. Got another lab slip and within 15 mins was checked in professionally! Urine and Blood draw and on my way! You make life so much easier!
