“First time customer and definitely not my last. Ordered the Carbon Fiber Lip for my 14 Focus St. Reached out to Rosie as shipping made no sense. She worked through it and corrected the error on their site. A+ to Rosie. It doesn’t stop there. I was originally quoted a week before it shipped, guess what, shipped next day and I was able to install it today 8/27 when it arrived. Packaging was well done and quality of product was great! 8/22- 8/27 is a great turn around for a large piece of carbon.”

“I love this store, especially the nice employees whether I need help finding something, trying a sample, ordering from the cafe, or picking up a prescrition, they always have smiling faces and the desire to help and not make me feel like I am bothering them. I always find what I need because the shelves are well stocked. I almost always use Scan and Go because it's so easy to use and I can just swipe to pay and leave. Even when I have to go to the checkout line it's very fast. And the lines are not long at all. My favorite things to buy are meats, fresh veggies, desserts and home products. I just started buying clothes for my children here and I am so impressed with the selection and prices.”

“The Location is fantastic.
When we install a new service panel we will always go to Vertex.
Chris has everything we need and puts it together in no time. His prices are better then the big box stores, but most important, unlike the big box stores, Vertex has everything we need in one shot and we spend half the time getting the material verses the other places.
When it comes to specific items like lighting contactors and other things, they have always had it in stock.
I had hesitation to write a review because if people discover this gem I have no doubt I will have to wait in long lines.
But Chris has always been fair with me, so this review is me in return, being fair with him.”
“Most amazing company!! every time I pick up at the Ontario, CA location they are always so helpful & quick to take it to my car. You don't even have to get out. Customer service is always great & Bruce will go above & beyond to work with you if you communicate your issues to him.”
“I like the Sam's Cafe. The prices can't be beet. Everything is costs less than $1.50 except for the whole pizzas. The pizza pretzel is great for kids who do not like pizza sauce because they put it on the side. I love that the kids can get an icee for $0.89....Like what less than a dollar that's unheard of these days.The food is tasty for fast food. I love I can order through the Sam's Club app and just pick it up and do not feel guilty spending $50 on food. I do wish they had more places to sit. Sitting is limited and a waiting game. It can get crazy with there is a rush of people at the Cafe. But the self checkout through the app is something to be admired. It so quick and easy especially with kids in tow I'm in and out with no kids saying "there's another line!" I am surprised there are no long lines through the aisles which is a refreshing for a big box store.”

I usually have so many issues when getting my medication whether be insurance or delays but this pharmacy by far has been the absolute best and the staff is so trained so professional and very knowledgeable but also extremely nice!

“Got there early and got a door right after checking in. About 1 1/2 hours to load. Lots of space. Make sure you walk up to the guard shack when you get the green light to grab your seal and bills. They’ll check the seal on the way out. Would definitely come back.”
