The young man assigned to my car called me with updates almost daily. Our repairs were complicated, but he took care of everything no problem! My daughters car looks amazing! She has a 2016 black Honda which I am sure was not easy to color match, but they did a great job!”

“As seems to be always when working with a dealer, It took four or five times of back-and-forth between the boss and Dakota, the rep I was working with, to get a price we could agree on. Before going into the dealership, I didn’t read the fine print at the bottom of the web page, that more fees were being added to the actual price. I didn’t think that was right and I was ready to walk out, but, eventually, we worked out a price that I thought was fair.
Dakota did a great job as my representative. He made the sale, and I got a great car with low miles.”

“Great team of guys here! I didn’t have the tool to install a battery and they let me borrow one. I did the swap right there and they didn’t mind it at all. Very helpful with a couple other socket wrench pieces I needed and gave me advice on taking out the old battery and installing the new one. Recycled my old battery too.”

“Ed was great! I brought my car to him after it would not pass small five times. The smog tech thought it was because I just had a new battery put in. I brought it to Red label and diesel, which is my go to mechanic that are great and it came up that my cat system was not working properly. I was referred to advanced muffler and told that it would take care of me. I took my car into him and he was honest and not pushing me to buy a new catalytic converter, but instead told me continue to drive my car more because it may indeed be the battery. He said he does not see any indication that I need a new catalytic converter at this time, but we would figure out what was wrong if it still was not resetting the cat system after the next few months. Was not trying to push sales on me and was a very honest guy. I really like the shop and highly recommend it.”

“I brought in my 2018 Sentra today for a few recalls and an inspection and they had no issues taking care of both of those sufficiently and quickly! As I took a look at the inspection, I had them go ahead and fix everything needed right then and there, and they were willing to attain my requests with no problems! Jeff Johnson assisted me throughout this whole entire process, and he was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He knew exactly what he was talking about and was able to answer all of my questions and educate me about my Nissan with no hesitancy! Furthermore, while I was waiting in the lobby I had multiple individuals from the workplace come by and ask me if I needed a beverage, a snack, or if I wanted to go anywhere on the shuttle. Although I did not buy my car here, I wish I had! I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an extremely professional, experienced, empathetic, and overall hardworking team for any of your vehicle services needs, or if you need assistance in finding your next vehicle! “I'm honestly surprised by all the 1-star reviews, but it looks like they may be related to their service department, which I don't have any experience with. I was here to buy a car and it honestly was an amazing experience from beginning to end. I worked with Sean and was in constant communication with him as I was waiting for the car to show up on the lot. As someone who is in constant meetings during the day, it was nice that we were able to communicate via text and I was able to do all the pre-work on my phone. It made it very convenient. When the time came to pick it up, the buying process was very smooth and simple. I finished the buying process with Tyler and he gave me an absolutely amazing deal. They were all very friendly and I really appreciated how comfortable I felt there. I can't speak for their service department, but I highly recommend coming here to purchase a car.
