“I want to commend Fairfield Subaru for their excellent Service Department - my first-ever experience with their team confirmed my faith and loyalty to the Subaru brand.
The details: Having recently moved to the North Bay, when my mechanic diagnosed a failed Data Communications Module (DCM) on my 2019 Outback, he referred me to a Service Bulletin put out by Subaru regarding this issue. I made an appointment with Subaru of Fairfield and their team were complete pros: David, the Service Advisor, took in my car and kindly provided me with a loner; Ron, the Service Manager, confirmed my mechanic's diagnosis and had a new DCM sent overnight from another Subaru dealership in the Western US. Subaru Fairfield installed a new DCM and Subaru battery the next day (pictured).
The dealership is top notch - beautiful showroom, first-rate parts department, and comfortable lounge. I highly recommend Fairfield Subaru!”

“Used RVFix for the first time, could not get my leveling system to turn on after putting in a new battery. Using the video on my phone, Jordan walked me through multiple checks, helped me remove a panel to find the leveling system circuit board, then patiently helped me check multiple wires and connections until we found the issue. After getting the system turned back on, Jordan even helped me reset it. I was very impressed with both Jordan's knowledge of my Jayco and the use of RVFix...definitely worth the investment.”
“I had the opportunity to use Crash Champions Collision Repair Fairfield, Beck location for auto body repair earlier this year. They did a wonderful repair job on my automobile. Lenny, the General Manager and the rest of the office staff are very helpful and do an excellent job letting you know they value your business. The repair techs are good at what they do and it shows.
I recently had to have another minor issue with my automobile addressed and I thought where should I go? Well, remembering how well I was treated and the great job they did on my vehicle earlier this year I took my car to, you guessed it, Crash Champions. Just like before, Lenny greeted me with professionalism and a smile. He and his repair tech were able to get my issue taken care of rather quickly. The customer service I was afforded was priceless. “Solid AZ. Was the only one in the east bay area that had the specific paint I needed. They offered to put a hold on it, and so it would def be there when I arrived. Often i buy items online and pick them up. And autozone can be the best place to buy things like Brakekleen and bulkvshop towels.. but not all autozones are the same.. some are pretty small and wont have everything on hand. Not the case here.. This particular autozone is actually the biggest store ive ever seen... no doubt they have anything you could need.”

“We were traveling to Tahoe and had car trouble. We stopped at their store and they were very nice and helpful. We needed a camshaft sensor. They had the part, and lent us a socket wrench and a step stool (because it's a Ram truck, and it's tall). I was going to put it in and then another nice young man named Jose that happened to be another customer said he would do it for us. It didn't take long at all. He was very nice and it was like 100 degrees outside. We tried to pay him for his help, but he wouldn't take it.
What could have ended our trip turned out to be such a relief!”
“I would like to recognize Josue and Eduardo, the store manager, for their exceptional customer service. They truly went above and beyond to help me install a new battery in my car.
The installation turned out to be more difficult than expected because of a loose screw and connection issues, but they were determined to find a solution. They worked patiently and professionally until everything was properly installed and functioning.
What impressed me most was their willingness to help despite the extremely hot weather. They spent a considerable amount of time outside in the sun assisting me, and I honestly felt bad seeing them work so hard in the heat. Nevertheless, they remained friendly, positive, and committed to getting the job done right.

“I bought a 2018 Ford Explorer from the Fairfield Lincoln Ford dealership yesterday (Sunday). We called them from Redding, CA @ 12:45 pm. Talked to Phil Johnson and texting Sharon Mercado. I Made an offer, and by 1:00 we had an accepted price thanks to the sales manager Heather Vladislavich, and were on way to Fairfield, a 3.5 hour drive. On the way Phil our super hero salesman sent us our credit apps, got a copy of our licenses, and proof of insurance. He stayed in contact with me, and his coworker Sharon stayed in contact with my husband all along the way. Answering all our questions. Upon our arrival at 4:30 PM Phil greeted us at the door. He seated my brother in law Bill ( along for the ride) with a snack and something to drink and we were off to look at the vehicle which was immaculate. Everything was exactly what they said it would be. My husband did the drive and we agreed that was what we were looking for. We were off to Phils office to sign paperwork that was completed and ready to go. Then we were off to finance where we were so pleased to meet Missy Balance. She explained so well everything we were signing. we so enjoyed our time with her. Such a great team of people. Everything we were told was exactly what happened. My husband and I have been buying cars since 1977. Never.. and I mean never have we had such a great and honest experience buying a car. They treated us like royalty and our guest. We were greeted by the staff on our way out of the dealership clapping and congratulating us on our new purchase. I had a big bow on my hood. I don't think my husband and I will ever buy another vehicle anywhere else. The honesty and integrity demonstrated by everyone there put such a sense of confidence in our buying experience. “If You need Car care products for carwash, or fluids for brakes, power steering, lubricants or other go visit Auto Zxxx, O'Rxxlly, or other. If You want quality parts, then Napa AP is the place. And I don't want to purchase a part, and then have to go back 2-3 times in some instances to either return because of poor quality or design, or get the right part. You definitely get what You pay for at Napa AP.While they have an extensive inventory between the North, and West Texas stores sometimes a part will require ordering. Lead times are reasonable, most being 1-2 days.I rated them 4 stars because their online search engine You can access stinks. In most cases they are helpful as well depending on the level if experience the Customer service has.All in all I visit Napa AP for Car, Truck, Marine, and some general parts for small engines like Lawn Mowers.”
