“Ed was great! I brought my car to him after it would not pass small five times. The smog tech thought it was because I just had a new battery put in. I brought it to Red label and diesel, which is my go to mechanic that are great and it came up that my cat system was not working properly. I was referred to advanced muffler and told that it would take care of me. I took my car into him and he was honest and not pushing me to buy a new catalytic converter, but instead told me continue to drive my car more because it may indeed be the battery. He said he does not see any indication that I need a new catalytic converter at this time, but we would figure out what was wrong if it still was not resetting the cat system after the next few months. Was not trying to push sales on me and was a very honest guy. I really like the shop and highly recommend it.”

I didn’t bring any tools with me to remove my battery and he found the tools and helped me remove and replace the battery all with a smile on his face. Great customer service. “I was having car problems that did not indicate it was the battery I had made an appointment at a shop early Saturday morning so I bring it in and the guy says they cant work on it till Monday and wanted me to leave it. What? O helllll no. So i start my google search all over again and o' Reilly pops up i was like omg ok whatever let's see what they can do. I go in and the guy was very attentive and kind as I told him what's going on. He politely responded and we went out to test what was going on with the car. It happened to only be the battery wich frustrated me because my car never indicated it was the battery I thought it was rear camera, a scensor, a fuse going bad but no just the battery. However this awesome employee gave me Peace and assurance and ran a second test to guarantee my satisfaction. Luckily it was just the battery so I bought the battery and he installed it immediately an MD took care of the old at no additional cost and sent me kindly on my way wishing me the best day a d rest of my weekend. O'Reilly realy did make my day so much better a d easier. Thank you O'Reilly. 😀”
