“Great service. I was preparing to depart Vacaville for Seattle in my Honda when my car abruptly failed to start. I was recommended to this auto shop, so I had my car towed there on Thursday evening. Despite a lengthy queue, they identified the issue just before they closed and before the weekend. Now I can return home with minimal disruption to my routine. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally pleasant. I strongly recommend them!”
“Went to get an oil change today as I am new to Vacaville, was going to go to Quick lame but it was closed. So, drove down the street and was greeted as soon as I pulled in by a nice young man named “Joey” he was very informative and offered besides “oil change” if I needed them to check anything out or tire rotation or if I needed my filters checked. It was a very good interaction. After I was checked in they offered for me to pull through and wait in my vehicle or to head inside and enjoy the nice air conditioned waiting room. It’s small but very clean, water, coffee, magazines, and TV are offered as well as an all gender restroom. The service was quick and when it was done I paid then they brought me out the the vehicle to show me a few things they thought I should know. “Findings”
Let me see I really appreciated how fast and informative they were and the price wasn’t bad for a “full synthetic” oil change. I will give these guys a 5 star. Thank you.”
“Oh my goodness I've never loved having my Audi repaired until I was referred by a friend to Motoring Specialists!! First, they diagnosed perfectly. Then they came and picked me up first class in a BMW to drive me to their place to pick up a free loaner car. They kept me updated throughout. When my car was all repaired, they washed it and left a thoughtful GIFT in my cupholder! What?! Their price was reasonable and their service was TEN STAR!! Kaylee, at the front desk was so happy and cheerful and smart - just the best. And it's truly a FAMILY business. I couldn't be happier and OH - the oil change was to perfection as well. I love everything about Motoring Specialists!!!”

I visited Cecil’s for the first time back in April. I was able to get in really quick. The price was much lower than I had expected which was cool. According to chat gpt it looks like the price was reasonable. Now the price might differ depending on the car idk. Customer service was pleasant, and wait time was fairly quick and reasonable. They offer coffee and hot chocolate and snacks. That’s the Cherry on top for me.

“This is the second time I have used CME to smog my 1998 Honda Coupe. I made an appointment, and was in and out quickly, and even sooner than estimated. They also uploaded my SMOG report to the DMV, which enabled me to save time by renewing my registration online. As a plus, they have a nice air conditioned waiting room with comfortable seating and plenty of magazines. Highly recommended shop!”

“I called on Wednesday right before they were closing and the gal that answered was able to give me an appointment for today/ Friday for an alternator to be fixed. I spoke with Aaron himself today. You showed me that my car would be done today and that he would check and make sure everything is running good on it . I appreciate the prompt service and would recommend them. This is the second time I have taken car there. He was even answering the phone. Thank you”
“I can't say enough good things about Import Masters! My Lexus dealership overfilled the oil during a recent service, and I didn't catch it until the next morning. The engine was overfull by a full quart, which had me pretty worried about potential damage. I called the dealer, and they suggested either driving it all the way back (40 minutes each way) or finding a local shop. Not wanting to risk driving it any farther than necessary, I headed straight to Import Masters.
From the moment I pulled in, the team was fantastic. They took me in right away, let the engine cool safely for about 30 minutes, then carefully extracted the extra quart of oil. The whole process was quick, professional, and done with zero hassle. Best part? They didn't charge me a dime for the service!

“Ed was great! I brought my car to him after it would not pass small five times. The smog tech thought it was because I just had a new battery put in. I brought it to Red label and diesel, which is my go to mechanic that are great and it came up that my cat system was not working properly. I was referred to advanced muffler and told that it would take care of me. I took my car into him and he was honest and not pushing me to buy a new catalytic converter, but instead told me continue to drive my car more because it may indeed be the battery. He said he does not see any indication that I need a new catalytic converter at this time, but we would figure out what was wrong if it still was not resetting the cat system after the next few months. Was not trying to push sales on me and was a very honest guy. I really like the shop and highly recommend it.”
