“I was greeted by Brittaney upon entering Mattress Firm today. I described what I was looking for in a bed and she showed me numerous beds of varying comfort levels. She provided information about warranties on both the mattresses and automated frames. I was able to try out the mattresses - sort of like Goldilocks, and decided on a particular mattress. It was a pleasant experience - no high pressure techniques. I was extremely pleased with Brittaney and the knowledge she had about the various mattresses and frames.”

I was a little disappointed that we had to make an appointment to pick up/load the next day, a small cabinet that probably weighs less than 40lbs.”
