I wish I could give no stars. Except the sales person was helping when buying my washer and dryer. After this customer HAS BEEN AWFUL. My brand new whirlpool dryer has not worked properly since the first time I used it. The sensor turns off the dryer when the clothes are still wet. I called Lowe's and they said I had to call Whirlpool and there was nothing they could do. I've been trying to have someone look at my dryer since 12/26 and I still haven't been able to have a repair person look at it or return it. I'll never buy appliances though then again. I should have known better since they also screwed up a washing machine delivery last year. Buy your appliances at Costco.

Bought a KitchenAid dishwasher from here, installed it myself, and turned out to be defective. I returned the dishwasher to the store and the associates never acknowledged the inconvenience or apologized for it and then they charged me for delivery for a replacement... So not only did I get a defective product, but customer service was subpar for the situation. If the next dishwasher doesn't work I'll just take my business to Home Depot.

I would not recommend buying from Lowe's at all. It's unfortunate for the store but the distribution company that they use is down right horrible! They don't listen to the customers and have missed our delivery twice! They don't deliver to base any day but Thursday and they know we live on base. 2 individuals that they sent out the first time didn't even have a valid ID, both being expired. Called the company and asked for it to be delivered the same day and they said they "couldn't deliver any other day except Thursdays". So we went ahead and scheduled for that day and left a complaint to the manager because the lady on the line said that I couldn't speak with him directly. So today comes and we are supposed to get our washer and dryer this morning. They call at 11:30 this morning saying that they can't deliver today because they didn't load our stuff on the truck. So they said we have to wait for next Thursday to get delivered. The manager ended up giving us somewhat of a rebate but ended up hanging up on me and didn't say anything else. This company is so bad and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

They've changed their return policy they were no longer give any kind of store credit for any kind of return they don't have that anymore. Home Depot sell does so I'm shift all my business over there. Really disappointing Lowe's.

First off, we have been going to this Lowes for a long time and never had any issues. But, We had previously gone to this Lowes to obtain some paint and we were told by a worker that we could bring in a small sample of our wall to match the paint. We brought a sample of paint from our house that was on a light switch and the old man working at the counter stated that he wouldn't be able to use the sample and that he couldn't use a photo match either... Went to Home Depot and the worker there did it in 5 seconds. Lowes needs to stop advertising that they color match when they have lazy workers who don't want to do their job. Will not be returning to this Lowes.

Service at this location has gotten a lot worse. I purchased my garden items including a large package of soil in the garden area. I couldn't lift the soil so I asked Tyler (cashier) if someone could get it and load it into my car. He said yes and called not twice but 3 times for assistance. No one came within 15 minutes so he called who he said was the manager Tracy. It took another 15 minutes and a 4th call to get someone. In the meantime a nice man (customer) who had witnessed some of the prolonged wait got out of line and went to get it for me and loaded it into my car. Thanks again kind soul! Through no fault of his own Tyler couldn't leave the register ( to help me). I totally understood. During his last call he said if someone could come stand by his register he would go get the soil. He felt my anguish. Sadly the lady who came showed no signs of urgency concern. Tyler is new and it shows. It was probably his 1st day flying solo, and at the very least a trainer should still be alongside him. He couldn't answer the basic of questions and had to look up everything on a sheet of paper or their palm pilot device. I had plenty of time to observe. Lol. Poor thing didn't even know there was a soil for roses when asked by another customer. The selection of plants and garden supplies is ample and varied. I can always find healthy plants here at a decent price but I may have to shop elsewhere if their service doesn't improve.

In case anyone is seeking employment at Lowe's Vacaville, just a heads up they do drug test at the interview and yes they do not accept marijuana. Although what you do off the clock should not affect any chance of employment. Keep in mind when I make this review I'm only speaking for those that use marijuana for medicinal use off the clock. I can understand denying people for the use of illegal drugs but it saddens me to see that a company who goes through employees like they go through underwear, will be as picky as to deny someone just because they use MJ

Looking for tiles, online stated they had 42 in stock. Got to the store and got someone to help who was not very helpful and could not find the item. Stated the individual who works this department will be in an hour. Gave them my number, they never called. Overall felt my business was not needed.

This is to warn people who purchase flooring and pick it up themselves. They will charge you a delivery charge for the installer to pick up and deliver even if you pick up yourself. This happened to me and luckily the installation company asked if I picked up my flooring. I told them I did. They said Lowe's charged me $366 for the installers to pick up. I immediately went to Lowe's to dispute the extra charge and the customer service dept. couldn't explain why I was charged. Finally an associate found out it was indeed for the installer to pick up. I was finally reimbursed.

False advertising and bad customer service. We were looking for a ladder and they had one advertises for $49.98 however the manager did not honor that price and even swapped the pricing after she said hey had made an advertising mistake. I understand mistakes happen but they were not helpful and made us stand around waiting wasting our time. We went to home depot instead where the ladder was at a discounted price and they did not advertise falsely.

Great customer service from Erica in the garden department. she helped me with some choices, as well as helped me out to the car with a large ceramic pot. I recommend this Lowes!

HORRIBLE! Customer service is a joke. Appliance department has zero employees working there. I had to go find a salesman to help me. Honestly, I don't understand how they stay in business. Bad business model. Just for giggles, call Lowe's (707) 455-4400 and say customer service. Tell me how long it takes for them to pick up the phone. I got to 15:23 and gave up. Pay these people a decent wage and watch the quality of employee rise.
