“This operation is great. High energy and wildly efficient. Hard working people doing a great job. THAT SAID... the store has been paralyzed all week because of a modem going down. A MODEM. If you have a piece of critical equipment that will shut down your business if it fails - then you should have TWO on hand for circumstances just like this. Just my 2 cents.”
