“I have had to use their services for two different funerals, and they have not disappointed me. They are kind, quick and on time. They waited for me to get off of work and waited, folded and just made my life easy when it came to making these in a stressful time. Thank you”

“Hard to return a tool for warranty repair and the employee had me simply email them the shipping label. She then printed it out, got the shipping for it, gave me a tracking number receipt, and boxes everything up for me. Pretty smooth and simple. It took me a second to realize that it was in the old bank building in the parking lot because who'd expect that ?”

“I recently purchased some auction items from across the country. These items were very expensive and fragile and so I needed to make sure whoever shipped them did so with care. Sukh from the UPS store picked the items up for me, brought them to the store and packaged them with great care! I was nervous that someone handling an arms length transaction may not care about their service but I was happily wrong! Sukh communicated with me the entire time, allowed me to provide input regarding the packaging so that the items could be shipped securely and texted me pictures throughout the process. I would absolutely use this store again in the future and I just wish I was local because the service here is better than at any UPS store we have in my area!”

“Stopped by to pick up a package. Service was quick, professional, and friendly. Plenty of office supplies available; looking around will remind you if you need any. Only issue at this particular location (Oliver Rd in Fairfield, CA) is that parking in the proximity of the building is in short supply and cramped. There's plenty of parking elsewhere in the shopping center but it could be an issue if you have to drop off or pickup a lot off packages (or even one large or heavy package).”

“The staff here has always been efficient, friendly and helpful. I've not experienced any of the problems that some of these reviewers have described, and I have been coming here for years.”
