“Well, did my order get processed, yes. Was it the quality that was expected, yes. Overall I’m happy with the product, but I think the Minuteman press is just a bad name lol. I assumed it would be a pretty quick turn around, but all in all it took about two weeks to get it.”

“The Highs: I typically come here for their self service printing kiosk and occasionally to ship things for work. I love the convenience of emailing my PDFs, getting an email back with the code, and then running in to print out what I need.
The Lows: I find the printing cost for small sets of documents to be cheaper than printing at the UPS store but when it comes to shipping personal items, it can be a little pricey. Parking can be a little annoying here as well.
The In-Between: Overall people are friendly and helpful here. For a fee, they will package your stuff for you and sometimes the price can be similar to if you buy the box, tape, filling, etc. directly from them. So I'd recommend that.”
“Both times I've been to Staples to get a project printed, the employees were really nice. The first time I went the employee patiently walked me though how to submit my project file on my phone, and worked with me to get it printed how I needed. The second time, I submitted the order online, and my project was printed on time and easy to pick up.
If you need to print something or get it laminated, this Staples is pretty reliable.”

The front desk was super helpful and supportive, discussing detailed pricing and type of finishes. After sending the file over, the print was ready by next day afternoon, which is more than I can ask for. Definitely coming back for future prints!”
