What a slap in the face this company has become they used to have great customer service now thwy don't care about anything but selling you a new phone don't bother to ask a technical question they will look at you lime you're speaking a forign language they would not even touch my phone when i asked about my sim card and constantly having to restart my phone obviously its from upper management all the people know hiw to do is ask you to buy a new phone then when you ask what if the same problem happens if i buy a new phone they really don't have a answer they look at you like you're speaking a foreign language don't waste your time at the crap hole

Went into the store forgot the sales guys name I dealt with, bought a 15 pro was gonna trade in my 12 pro they had to ship me my new iPhone that all went as planned. so I kept my 12 for the prior days the back of my screen was cracked the salesman I dealt with was aware of this so long story short when I took my 12 back they said the can only give me 120 when the originally quoted me $240 they said the screen was not noted as damaged. terrible business reminds me of a car slimy car dealership Verizon is loosing a long time customer over this it’s bad business and I’m done with them.

It is always something when you come in here. Just was supposed to turn in my trade- ins, but of course, something that should be less than 5 minutes. Has turned into 30 mins and still counting. VERIZON, THIS LIKE EVERY EXPIRENCE SINCE SIGNING BACK UP WITH YOU IS UNREASONABLE, NOTHING GOES HOW IT IS TOLD IT IS GOING TO BE . I WISH IT WAS NOT A BUSINESS ACCOUNT BECAUSE WE WOULD SWITCH AGAIN. ALL THOSE PROMISES NOTHING DELIEVRED. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

I ordered a iPad from Verizon 08/21/23, I returned it by mail 08/29/2023, Verizon received it by 09/11/2023. I returned it under the 30 day window. I called Verizon 3 times spoke to a live agent and chatted with a live agent through Verizon app 2 times. They are charging me for the entire iPad which is $1138.00 and over $250 in other fees. They tried charging my debit card 10/26/2023 for the $1138.00 at midnight but my bank stopped the charge. Verizon said repeatedly that I shouldn't worry about any charges or future notices and to ignore them. That I wouldn't be charged but I got a letter in mail today from a collection agency for the iPad and it was dated 10/31/2023. I'm so incredibly exhausted, frustrated and upset about this situation. This will go on my credit when I return the iPad to Verizon under the 30 day window. I'm still dealing with this problem and making it aware to others. If this gets resolved, I will revise this posting. But I'm feel Verizon is in the wrong and hope they can fix it. Reason for the return: my husband gifted me his old iPad so there was no need to have the iPad from Verizon.

your employee morocco was pretty okay, i guess he was funny but humor is subjective. while i was enjoying his company today he did throw a little bit of shade at me and my phone. in his defense my phone was completely shattered, and i would have made fun of it too. in all he’s an interesting person to be around and i wouldn’t mind if he was helping me again. 10/10 recommend.

I went in to the store to exchange a internet gateway for a smaller hotspot device and Fharrell helped me. He was knowledgeable about the product he was selling me and worked quickly to get the product swapped out. Super happy with the service he provided me. These days customer service isn't that great but Fharrell exemplified what it means to be a customer service rep! thanks!

Staff met you as you came in and were immediate in asking if they could help. Been there before with issue and young man remembered us and was very helpful. Staff are all knowledgeable and seemed equally kind, patient, and helpful.

This store closes at 6pm.I was here at 6:06. Bummer for me because I commute from Berkeley and 80 is questionable. How can anyone who works until 5 pm 30 miles away make it here by 6. I came here today thinking I was going to get my phone squared away. Camera, email, photos and texts stuck in yesterdays date. And none of it works. Yes I can google how to solve which I did. Don't want to do a hard reset and have it lose everything. Rather have someone who would have better knowledge and responsibility if something goes wrong. They don't even put the hours on the door. It's a scan deal and when your phone doesn't work how are you to know. Just frustrated.

A very loud shout out to Jason, the manager, and Jason, the specialist at the Vacaville Verizon store! I went there to have my new iPhone activated, and they were excellent! Poor customer service. I was told 4 times what they couldnt do for me before even looking at my account. Im a life long Verizon customer with more than 4 lines on my account. They were just rude.

I had a very GOOD EXPERIENCE at the Vacaville t oday. I was helped by Tech Thomas who got my phone setup with Email and helped me tremendously. Thomas is a true Verizon Ambassador!
