“Kudos and a shout out to Linda Shahbazian who helped me nightmare scenarios on my credit card and debit card and app. I was blocked from using all three because of some erroneous security flagging by Chase. Draconian measures to be sure and left me without any cash access nor the ability to remedy the situation online.I would give the online and phone experience low ratings, but because of Linda's patient and competent handling of the situations including helping to set up the app I was back on the road again. Thanks again!”

“My wife wanted to stop by this Wells Fargo branch because we were already in the plaza visiting a bakery store nearby. She wanted to withdraw some cash since she's a Wells Fargo member. This Wells Fargo has a drive thru and 1 outdoor ATM machine. My wife chose to go to the outdoor ATM machine because there was no one there. We found parking easily because this branch is inside a big plaza and we didn't encounter any issues.”

“Every time I've come to this location they have always been super friendly. I walked in last week during lunch hour and didn't have to wait in line as no one was in the bank, which was nice as I got helped right away. There is even a greeter that will welcome you in and say goodbye as you leave, and if you have any questions just walk up front and they can help you with what you need relatively quick. Also this location is in a shopping mall with plenty of parking.”
