“I am so grateful for the amazing care and support I received at this pregnancy center. As a first-time mom, I was nervous about confirming my pregnancy and overwhelmed by the thought of what was ahead. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with kindness, respect, and understanding. They didn’t just see me as a patient but as someone they truly cared about. They put my nerves at ease, answered all my questions, and provided helpful information and referrals to guide me through the next steps of my pregnancy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for your compassion and for making me feel supported during such an important time in my life!”
“Nice local place for artists in our community. There's a lot of nicer original artwork and everyone out here should take advantage of it. This is a great way to support your local artists and your local community and provide a much-needed cultural base for our city”
“Very good little league baseball and softball alike...this is where it all starts out for sure if you are at all into softball and or baseball...good people who care about their children enough to have them play here at hart baseball complex are living the dream for real...”
“You never know what you’re going to find in there. Little hidden treasures, gently used in brand new clothes brand-name items 75% off or more The staff and volunteers are so nice!”
“Small park area but it was just enough. My son had a basketball game here. Everything was clean, updated and modern design, like many of the parks in SCV. Staff were approachable. Vending machines available.”
“From the moment I walked in the door I was blown away by this facility. Yevette ran that place like a Union Made watch. Russ and Tony are true leaders and when you play with puppies all day how can you not be awesome. The puppies are cared for to level I've never seen and they are all adorable. The icing on the cake, is knowing all this is done to help people at no cost to the patient. I proudly donate to GDA TLC on a weekly basis to maximize my contribution. If you feel you need to give money to someone to help others this is truly the place you should put your money!”

“Very helpful and friendly staff with an excellent selection of items for your Girl Scout. We're delighted each time we get a chance to visit.I wish the hours of operation were wider. Many of us parents have difficulty making it before closing time.”
“Newly updated, pretty clean and stocked. Haven't met a single employee who isn't kind or helpful and easily approachable. Fair prices and I always leave more than I plan on lol”
“The best goodwill in SCV! The best clothes, vibes and employees. It feels like community here with good music and usually clean. I like how the employees interact with customers too. Very sweet and helpful. Some items are overpriced but you can find gems. Pretty organized and big collection of clothing.”
“I bring my kids at least twice a year for the Poverty Encounter tour. I don't necessarily travel to Haiti, Romania or Nepal, so this tour helps me show my kids that they have so many priviledges and how grateful they should be. I just love that at the Povery Encounter they can see how other kids live, and not just hear stories from mom when they complain and try to be picky about food. In general, this also encourages kids and adults to give their time to do volunteer work, give financially to the Children's Hunger Fund or other organizations that help kids who don't have access food or medical necessities.”
