“This is my local Harbor Freight, and I'm very happy with the staff and their customer service. Always helpful and knowledgeable about their products and the location of these items in the store.”
“I could not say enough good things about European Hardware. We have good hardwares, but I wanted to update the look. Patrick helped me do it. He is so knowledgeable. He showed me his workshop and some of the custom hardware that he designed. So if you have quality hardwares and want to update/change the color, this is the place. If you want great hardwares, you could find it here. They could custome make anything for you. I used the same hardware for my cabinets but added a plate created by Patrick. ❤️”

“I called and ordered a water heater part. The girl on the phone confirmed it would arrive tomorrow, so I picked up my order the next day; the staff was friendly.”
“I had a really complicated order with weird size bolts and tap kits. I made several trips to this store, and worked with the staff. They were SUPER helpful. they worked with me to figure out all the sizes I needed. Amazing customer service, and they have a lot of hard to find parts!”

“So glad to have a Walters in town now. Considering how often us electricians spend in these supply stores, its nice to have a place to go that you feel welcome, and people are happy to say hello to you. They have everything we need, and great tool selection too.”
