The reviews for this business are mixed. Some customers praise the great customer service and selection, with one long-time customer enjoying the in-store experience. However, others have had issues, such as unexpected pricing differences and a frustrating exchange policy that requires paying for return shipping. The owner was responsive to one customer's concern and provided a refund, which the customer appreciated.
Overall, the LA Police Gear Valencia Retail Store seems to offer a wide range of products and services, with a mix of positive and negative experiences reported by customers. The business appears to be open to the public, not just for police officers, as one customer inquired about purchasing boots and pants.
