“Love this store!! I was visiting from San Francisco, shopping around with my mom, when we walked by. It immediately caught my eye! It was refreshing to see a store like this at the mall. The owner was so nice and we had a lovely conversation. The prices are really good, and the quality of the clothing feels high. I love my new tie dye jumpsuit!!!”

“I stopped by this Spender store when I was in Valencia mall with my wife. She went shopping at the other stores so I came into this Spencer store to look at their shirts. When I walked inside, a worker greeted me and told me their deal of buy one and get one half off on the shirts. They had some cool shirts on display and other stuff but nothing stood out to me where I brought something. There wasn't a lot of other guest in the store so I believe it was just me.”

“I stopped by this Kohl's over the weekend to check out their Christmas decorations and just the store in general. I was already in the plaza and was waiting for another place nearby to open so I came to Kohl's to just browse. This store is just one floor but is spacious inside. The Christmas decorations are already on the entrance near the checkout station and the a Christmas trees are there too. The mens clothing is on the right side of the store, Sephora is in the middle and the women clothing are on the left side. The shoes, house stuff, toys, Amazon returns are all toward the back.”

“This location is usually a 5/5 for me because of the great service and awesome products! My visit a few days ago was going well until it was time to checkout. My cashier's name was Salma. She was not very fiendly, so her attitude was surprising. She was short and impatient with me when I asked her about my hot cash coupon. In the past, the cashiers have taken their time to double-check if the hot cash on file is the same as the one I get in my e-mail. I still love this store, but was disappointed by this interaction.”

“I came in to pick up an online order and was greeted by friendly staff. I let them know the order was a gift and they offered to wrap in a cute gift bag and make it fluffy. I had a nice exchange with the employee who went above and beyond with her customer service. Highly recommend this store. It was a nice change from VS.”

“Great shopping experience and the workers are helpful. It would be nice if any store carried tall sizes but they don't. That's the only way I'd improve anything.”

“Ran in quickly to purchase a camp snap camera. The only reason I’m posting is that the staff was incredibly helpful, gave advice on two different camera options, and prevented me from purchasing a lesser quality product.”

“I recently had a bad experience with the Ventura store. And left a review. I came to the SCV store where I stay. Came in for an online return the lil girl said they do them but she doesn’t know how, then called a co-worker over to ask her she straight up lied and said they don’t do them. I told her online it says you do and she said well we’re different from our online store. And the other girl told her yeah we do take online returns they just don’t know how. So I said can I talk to the manger she said they weren’t there. So I asked when will they be and she said well the manager is new and doesn’t know how either. long story short none of these ppl know how to do an online return. Which is sad. I don’t blame them I blame upper management and corporate get your employees trained correctly so they can help your customers please.”

“I visited this location on Sunday and had THE best experience I’ve ever had in a Pink store! I am in between sizes which makes shopping frustrating but with Sophia’s beyond kind, patient and helpful approach I was able to find my true size. She turned my frustration into relief as I walked out with what I needed (and a bit more). It may seem like something small to some people but to those of us who dread shopping because of size changes it’s BIG!”
