However, one of the knee pads was missing from the shipment. That said, their customer service was outstanding. I spoke with their representative, Andrew, who immediately shipped the missing pad later the same day, and I received it the very next business day. Excellent service and responsiveness overall. Look forward to doing business with them again in the future.”
