“Outstanding Work and Even Better Customer Service! My experience with John and his team was an excellent one from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with how my wheels turned out.
What stood out just as much as the quality of the chrome work was the customer service. The owner was personable, accessible, and communicative throughout the entire process. We did experience a couple of delays in the original delivery timeline, but they were related to circumstances beyond his control, including the Lineage warehouse fire in Boyle Heights. More importantly, he never disappeared or left me wondering what was going on. He kept me informed, was straightforward about the setbacks, and remained responsive whenever I reached out.
That kind of communication matters to me. Things don’t always go exactly according to schedule, particularly when outside circumstances intervene. I judge a business by how they handle those situations, and he handled this one professionally.
The finished wheels look fantastic, and the quality of the work was worth the wait. Based on my personal experience, I would absolutely do business with him again and would recommend him without hesitation.”

“I had such a positive experience at America’s Tire on Bouquet Canyon a few days ago. I brought my mom’s car in because she needed new tire pressure sensors. I had originally started at the dealer, where the cost would have been nearly FIVE TIMES what I ended up paying here.
From start to finish, Manny was phenomenal. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to take care of us. He got everything done the same day, and the entire experience couldn’t have been easier. As an added bonus, this location is only 1.5 miles from my house, so I was even able to walk home while I waited.
I honestly couldn’t believe the difference in price compared with the dealer, especially considering how great the service was. I’ll absolutely be coming back here for tires, windshield wiper replacement, and anything else they offer. It’s rare to walk away from having car work done feeling this good about the experience!
