“I've been going to Studio Bijoux for a few years now, and I must say that I will never go anywhere else. My review is long overdue. I'm never kept waiting and my girl Aurora is AH-mazing!!! I was referred to her by another friend of mine who always has amazing hair, nails and balayage. After going to 5 other highly rated colorists in Encino, Sherman Oaks, Calabasas, and WestLake Village. (One who was a celebrity colorist) and I always felt rushed with every one of them and never felt completely happy. I make the drive from the Woodland Hills area because I have never had someone take as much time and care for my hair as much as Aurora. She is personable and truly listens to what I'm looking for. Gets my color right the first time always! I've never been disappointed ever! Her balayages are always so natural. I get compliments well reaching a year. She keeps my natural dark base to keep my hair healthy. As a naturally dark brown brunette I could not be happier with my color beautiful Golden and brown ash tones. Never ever red, orangey or clumpy color. She knows exactly how to style my curls and her blowouts are perfect! Today was my first time back after about a year of quarantine. The capacity was right on point and everyone was following proper and safe protocols. Masks and distance at all times. Thank you Studio Bijoux for keeping your prices and Aurora you are worth every penny grl! A million thanks!”

“Nordstrom Rack is THE ONLY place to go for designer shoes in extended sizes for Women (size 11, 12 and even 13?!). I LOVE their shoe selection! Great prices too! The only problem is that they don't keep shoes in stock. When they're gone, they are gone! They don't have a great selection of plus size clothes in store either. Their website however does. I REALLY like this store. I am a Nordstrom kind of girl. I just wish that they had an Antelope Valley location. The old Bed, Bath, & Beyond store site in Palmdale is vacant. A Nordstrom Rack there would be absolutely perfect!”

“I have never used the Amazon return option that Kohl's offers, but I tried it today because it seemed like the easiest option. All I had to do was bring my items with the original plastic packaging and Kohl's would scan my barcode (which was provided by Amazon once I initiated the return through the app). I walked in and was greeted by Lydia at the front. She noticed I had an Amazon box and she asked if I knew where the drop-off was. I told her that I didn't! She gave me easy directions with a smile and I was on my way. When I got to the back, Annie took my items and said she didn't need the box for the future, but she would take it and break it down for me. So kind! She made the process easy and simple. She gave me a coupon at the end for 15% off of a Kohl's purchase within the next 3 days. And she showed me where the tracking numbers for my Amazon returns were, so I could make sure I get my money back. To top it off, as I was walking away, another lady handed me a 10% off of a Sephora purchase through 4/7. I know it generates business but it was still super thoughtful and unnecessary. Everyone was really helpful and friendly. Will definitely be using this option for Amazon returns in the future. Thanks, Lynda & Annie!”

“In general, it is hard to convey how important stores like JC Penney are to a small but populous city like Santa Clarita. I have already extolled the virtues of the Valencia Town Center in other reviews. JC Penney has been an anchor in this mall for over 25 years and I, for one, am grateful that it is still here. The VTC was recently sold and the new owners promise to keep all the good features we appreciate along with adding upgrades and new assets. I hope they can live up to it. This is the hub of public life in this northern corner of Los Angeles and there is nothing like it for at least 40 miles in every direction. I became a fan of JC Penney when it opened in our local New Jersey mall, in Monmouth County where I lived at the time. I was sewing a lot in those days and unlike Bambergers, Bloomingdale's, and B. Altman, JC Penney had a state of the art sewing department that revolutionized hand crafts. Today, I appreciate the moderate to excellent quality of its merchandise. When I need something well made and long lasting, and need it in a hurry, I know I can count on finding an analog of the more prestigious brands at JC Penney. The store is always clean, like most customer service staff in SoCal, the sales team are young, friendly and reasonably helpful. I don't expect white glove treatment, just some efficiency and a smile. I find it here. There are upscale stores I frequent more often, but JC Penney's online and bricks and mortar presence are a comfort, like a well loved slipper or comfy armchair. I hope it stays forever.”

“Forever 21 has great items to choose from. Lots of sales as well. The employees are friendly and helpful. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it feels very cluttered. The racks are packed were you can't slide hangers to pull clothing items out and hang them back without having a struggle.”

“First time discovering "Surprise" clothing I was waiting for Charcoal BBQ next door. Popped in for a second then needed to leave since my party was called for seating. Thought to myself, I'll be back. Second time came with my daughter, she picked out a cute night set. I grabbed some eye lashes. This is a pretty tradition Korean clothing spot. Like fashion Q, forever 21, Boomy, LUV, etc...Recommend for simple cute fun outfits. Date night, kids first day of school. They have variety of options, anyone who complains cheap clothing. This is the same shit as any other place. If you're looking for high end quality goto Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom or a luxury brand. Third time I had came in today. Just for some lashes. I was greeted right away, looked around. The employee today helped me out so much. Had asked her on her opinion, on multiple things. Felt like she was being honest, which is a plus for me. I was more bothering her, they have no problem giving you your space here so you can roam freely. Walked out with " eye lashes of course, few shirts and some jeans. Customer service was great so I'm okay drive out this way for just " eye lashes" again. Next time I'll get her name, if you see this thank you again for all of your help! You're amazing and Surprise is lucky to have someone like you.”

“Went in with ny husband and it was empty. They had a lot of employees, but everyone was working, no one was standing around and/or gossiping and we were greeted several times by different people. In no way did they ignore, mistreat, or make us feel uncomfortable. We are part Hawaiian and very mixed with pretty much every race-- so not sure why there are reviews from people saying they are racist... we felt welcomed so idk. Maybe things have changed?Lots of good brands and prices are comparable to department stores and brand websites. Good place to go imho.”
