“Thee best experience hands down! Michelle Elliott is an angel! She helped me with the whole process start to finish with real genuine care and family vibes all the way. Michelle was very communicative the whole way by answering my calls and retuning them promptly by also being available to me when I needed anything or clarity. Honestly she helped me get in and made calls to even get me approved. This was truly hands down, thee easiest and best process I’ve ever had in Vallejo and with any home I’ve lived in. I would recommend asking for her ALWAYS! Not to mention the maintenance team is ON IT!! and not like these other complexes either, they really care and they REALLY FIX it ain’t no paint over anything or used parts. I’m truly blessed to come across Michelle and her team! Thank you sooooo much for welcoming my family into your community! We truly appreciate you guys!”

“Property manager is very patient and helpful. She responds to needs in a timely manner. Apartments are very nice and cozy inside with modern interior. The head of maintenance is a very nice guy. He gets stuff done quickly and is always around. Apartments are conveniently in walking distance to a lot of grocery stores and food eateries.”

“If I could give this review 10 stars I would, seriously. I toured the apartment with the assistant manager, Paul, and this was truly the best apartment tour experience I’ve ever had. He was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and kind and he took the time to genuinely listen and understand what I was looking for. He went above and beyond to help me find options that aligned with my needs, never making the process feel rushed or transactional.

Having toured many properties throughout the Bay Area, Paul stands out in a way that is rare. He brings a level of care, patience, and integrity that immediately builds trust and makes a stressful process feel manageable and reassuring. He is not only excellent at his job, but also a genuinely wonderful human being.

“It's an quiet neighborhood..I loved it when I used to stay there. The management is awesome. Very nice people. I lived in the 1 bedroom then moved into a 2 bedroom. No complaints. I was able to see the Animal Kingdom from the balcony of the apartment where I stayed at.”

“My mother has been a resident at Valencia Terrace, Corona, CA for several years. The climate there in Southern California is wonderful, the grounds are so pleasant, and the staff is top notch. They have movies, music, games, and a pool. Her favorite activities are the brunches and barbecues.”

“The office staff is beyond nice and always very helpful. They treat you like family the moment you walk in the door. The grounds are always kept very clean and honestly it’s so nice it doesn’t even feel like Vallejo. The property itself is beautiful and very up to date with everything. There’s even a pool and a cardio room. So if you’re looking for your next home you’ll definitely want to check them out asap!!”

“I’ve been living here for 5 years now and I just have to say that Jacquelyn is the absolute best and sweetest ever! We had no issues with our previous unit and decided to upgrade to a larger unit and she made the process so easy and stress free. “I have been living here at this property since 1999 and the people that are taking care of it right now Angelica Ortiz the property manager, (she also takes care of two other properties besides this one so her hands are full), Enrique and Mauricio do the maintenance around here, not only do they fix everything the right way the first time they do it in a timely manner. There has been quite a lot of owners and management companies that have run this property and they did lousy jobs. A few of them were criminals. And some of the maintenance men would come into your apartment if they thought you were incapacitated such as if you had Alzheimer's or dementia and they would try and steal your property while you were home. We had one maintenance guy that loves to kill animals, thank God he's gone. We had other property managers that would allow their relatives to steal your cars. The crew we have right now are the best we've ever had. They are a Blessing, I trust them totally and completely to be in my apartment when I'm not home. Nothing has ever gone missing and they clean up their mess when they're done fixing something. Enrique and Mauricio fix things correctly the first time and they do it in a timely manner. I cannot recommend this them highly enough. Angelica, Enrique and Mauricio deserve a healthy raise. I would give them 10 Stars if I could.”
