“You definitely get what you pay for here. The Aventine is nicely located in a great neighborhood near parks and grocery stores. Also close to HWY 4 if you want to get to Concord or Walnut Creek. The building is practically new and the facilities are well maintained. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.The living space has good storage and the kitchens are nicely formatted. Definitely will recommend.”
“Lived here for a little over 3 years and only moved due to work relocation. We loved everything about the property and its location being tucked away and right on the water. Maintainence staff were awesome and very responsive. Amenities like the gym and pet spa were fantastic as well. Going to miss this place.”
