“I've been living at Sterling Heights for almost 1 year and my experience is great. The prices are definitely high but competitive for Benicia; however, the great customer service received from the Mary and the effective response to maintenance requests by Jose are excellent. Mary is an excellent manager and she always makes time to listen to my needs and help as needed. She is also very nice and empathetic which makes her a great person to deal with.In regards to maintenance requests are addressed very quickly and resolved in an effective way. Jose is very respectful and nice person. I like that he explains what was wrong and what was done. I'm really enjoying my stay here. Overall is a very nice place to live in, only downside is the price. The common amenities are well maintained and it is nice to have them!Thanks Mary and Jose for making this a great place to live:)”

She literally went above and beyond to assist me with getting the apartment I wanted in the time I needed. “I lived here for a very brief period of time and I enjoyed it here very much. The place is located in the Richmond point area and for being located in Richmond, it is a really nice location. The place is in a gated community and the grounds of the property are super nice and well maintained. Every resident here has their own parking spots with plenty of guest parking spots to go around. The apartments are very large and spacious, with porches looking over various spots of the property, washer and dryer in the units and high ceilings (on top floors). There are plenty of walking trails inside the property and outside of the property which is great on a nice day. The staff here are really nice and the residents are for the most part quiet. If you have the chance to buy or rent here consider yourself lucky - very gorgeous place.”

“Want to thank Diona and her manager (sorry I didn’t get her name) for making the leasing process seamless and pleasant with the tour and paperwork. Diona has always been upbeat and gracious in her service towards my family and we appreciate the constant updates regarding our application. The building looks clean and secure and has nice amenities such as the laundry facilities and open decks with views of the Campanile. I was told that this fall the residences are being updated and come with new furnishings. As a father of an incoming Cal student I feel that Hillside Village residences will be a safe and convenient home away from home for her.”

“Overall the place is great this coming June will be 2 years for us, the apartment has always been in good condition, only concerns I have are dog owners do need to have more responsibilities in picking up after their pets, especially in the elevator and hallways, a couple of times I’ve found dog feces on the carpet in the hallway, second time the feces was left for a few days, also noise control, neighbors do need to be consider of others when playing their music, not just noise but also vibration”
