“I am SO grateful for this place! Long story short, I went to dealer & was quoted $550 to check a tire sensor light. Went to Pep Boys, was quoted $150 to replace a tire w 2 nails they found. Came here, was charged $30 to replace w a tire I had at home that the dealer could not use because according to them ALL my tires had to be of same tread so they replaced ALL my tires when I got a nail in it last time… ALL lights turned off after an oil change & tire replacement of ONE tire. We are being played at dealer services. THIS is the place to go. Honest work, fair prices. I’ll recommend to all who ask!”

I had to have him repeat a couple of things...sorry Gill. And I had them change my friends timing chain. So far I like they're work. My husband will soon bring his car to them. “My mechanic found Vintage Auto Garage and they helped put a parts list together for my 48 Ford and I’m glad he found them. For the last 20 years of ordering parts online I have never had a company call me and thank me for my order! If I recall, it was Shauna who phoned and I was grateful for it. I paid a little extra for accelerated shipping but was amazed it showed up same week - ordered Tuesday, arrived Friday. That’s unheard of for international orders.

“Recommended by my insurance for a accident, G and C auto freak in Rocks!!! very professional, top quality work great employees, they will go above and beyond to make me happy, while the repairs were being done we had to leave the state for a family emergency, they agreed to keep my car safe at their shop until we returned, they could of charged us a storage fee but were nice enough to hold the car. I hope to not need a body shop again but if i do they will be my first choice and if anyone i know needs body work i will recommend them to anyone”

“Was able to do the timing belt on my imported micro van. No other shops were willing to look at it due to the car not being sold in the United States. With it being an older car there were some is, but Mark was very clear and communicating them and providing solutions.
Labor rate was extremely reasonable for doing such an intense job on a car they were not familiar with. Cars running great afterwards”
“The forklift at our shop was leaking some type of fluid all over the lift portion gears. I'm not the most mechanically inclined but my boss is and he had me look up some kind of mobile forklift repair. I found their website and sent them an email letting them know what was going on. Minutes later they have me a response to schedule our repair appointment next day. The mechanic showed up right on time. He worked his magic and it was even sprinkling outside. It was all fixed up in record time and surprisingly reasonably priced for this type of on site service. I will have their number on speed dial for any future bad things that may afflict our little heavy lifting green forklift.”
“Was disappointed in a dealership in Concord, I've used for a time for services. Lately, the last few times I was at that dealership; the service representatives there tried to sell me services and products I did not need and the prices for these alleged services and products, were shocking, to say the least! A good friend referred me to Norcal Tire and Auto Services and Collision in Vallejo ... I decided to go there and I was treated with the upmost respect and consideration. I even got a good deal on a set of tires, I needed so badly! What's more they topped off all the fluids my car needed as they gave my car a checkup on everything the dealership, I had gone to before, tried to sell me on. Found out, I didn't need those services. My SUV is only 5 years old! Anyway, from now on, I'll be going to Norcal Tire, Auto Servises and Collision! “These guys are seriously the best in town. A few weeks ago I got rear ended pretty gnarly. initially went with a shop recommended by insurance and they were absolutely horrible. Gave me the run around from 3 different people, told me the parts would take minimum 30 days to even arrive, and gave me attitude when I brought up that I was getting so much conflicting information. so I nixed the recommended shop and went back to Regal, as I've worked with them in the past. Kirk got my car inspected, prepped and had the work order approved in 1 hour for me. They got my car done in 10 days! Bill and Kirk treat their customers like real people, not just a number in a waiting line. Kirk even delivered my car to me since I couldn't drive after a surgery, going far above and beyond. If you want to have your car taken care of by professional, thorough, and just super rad people all around, look no further. They'll take good care of you and then some. Just look at the before and after pictures if you want proof. Thanks so much Bill and Kirk, y'all are amazing.”
“the check engine light on my truck came on while I was driving it, so I took it to this shop to have them check where the problem was. it was the catalytic converter fault . they ordered the converters and waited for at least couple of weeks for the replacement to come in since it's coming from the maker of the vehicle. It was installed and very satisfied for their professional job. I'll be going back to this shop if I get problem with my vehicle. The people there were friendly and highly recommend this shop . I support local small business.”

My tail light was smashed by a homeless woman in Oakland. There was some body damage surrounding the tail light. They got the dent out, replaced the tail light, painted it, and calibrated the tail light sensors to make it look like nothing ever happened. Great work.”
