The person I spoke to on the phone was polite, professional, knowledgeable (like he had been in the tire business for most of his life), and just seemed like an all around great guy ( I've never met him in person but I could tell this is the guy you want to throw a couple of CL smooths back with and watch the game). “I've used Autofix several times personally and this is where my family takes our vehicle when an issue is too complicated for us. Marlowe (owner) and his team did an engine swap for me last year and car has been running for a year now without a single issue. I've brought my car in several other times for diagnostics where he led me to the issue and I was able to fix myself. Most recently where low amperage caused power steering failure.
