“I’ve had the pleasure of attending the Meat Carnival three times now (Livermore in 2023, and Mare Island in 2024 and 2026), and it is consistently an amazing experience. In my book, it easily surpasses a Michelin-star restaurant!

• The Vibe: I love the energy from each chef, they go out of their way to make it special and speak with everyone about the dishes they have.

My only note is for the guests: bring some energy and get loud! The chefs put on a great show, and the crowd should match that excitement and contribute back!
