The owner, Jimmy, is described as a kind and hospitable person. Sadly, the owner's wife, Helen, recently passed away from cancer at a young age. Customers appreciate the store's offerings and the friendly service, although the neighborhood has been noted as leaving something to be desired. Despite a recent attempted break-in, the store remains a convenient and welcoming stop for the community.
